Excellent service…

I have been dealing with Imran Khan and Black Arrow Real Estate since 2012, and over the years I have purchased several properties through them. They have also been managing my properties throughout this time.

What has stood out to me most is the consistency, professionalism, and personal service I have received over more than a decade. Having someone you can trust to handle property investments and ongoing management is extremely important, and I have been very happy with my experience with Imran and his team.

Their knowledge of the real estate market, responsiveness, and willingness to assist have made the whole process much easier for me. The fact that I have continued to work with them since 2012 and have purchased multiple properties through them speaks for itself.

I have had an excellent experience with…

I have had an excellent experience with Black Arrow Real Estate managing my villa at The Pulse Beachfront, Dubai South.

They rented out my villa in April 2025 and continued to manage it throughout the tenancy. When the contract came up for renewal in 2026, they successfully renewed it with the existing tenant.

Throughout the entire period, they have been very professional, responsive and reliable. They have taken care of all the issues and maintenance matters promptly, giving me complete peace of mind as a landlord.

I am extremely happy with the service they have provided and would highly recommend Black Arrow Real Estate to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional property management company in Dubai.
