Decoramo.co.uk received 16/12. I did not appreciate being sold a product with an 'open packet' sharp syringe without prior knowledge shown online at time of purchase, of syringe use as part of the sand art LED lamp omitted on the website. Nor under contents or materials - we would not have purchased the product with any advice of syringe use. The parcel was received with product like it's already been opened and an already 'open packet' of a disposable sharp syringe, risk of harm and cross infection to a child and to adults. Complete surprise about the syringe. No warnings on website or product or parcel. No purchase pro forma inside. No information about syringe use. Please email a *pre paid returns label and issue *refund of full monies paid including shipping costs. Or we will contact the ombudsman and report your company. Who sends syringes in open packets! Who sells products without warning of syringe use and that it's included as part of the product! No warnings. Your company only advised in response to my complaint by email, only then did you advise the need for syringe use and why it is included.
Returns to China? there's a company with your name listed in the UK is that you? You also ignored my request for returns and refund and did not acknowledge the gravity of the situation and pictures sent to you of my receiving from you an already opened syringe packet with sharp syringe received or that your website omitted at time of purchase any information that a syringe is used and part of the product contents. We sent you the pictures of your torn syringe packet with syringe sharp. You emailed a response ignoring and instead you advised, for the first time, that the product is not child friendly and emailing me the requirement for the syringe and two different YouTubers' videos of syringe use for a different sand product, neither from your company or on your website. This company is a scam - Products are sub-standard and when you try returning you are told to return to an address in China. It is then refused at the other end.

I have even just been advised by the shipping company that I need to pay an additional £48 for them to now return an item that I sent back to Decoramo in October last year!

They will respond to your initial email about returning an item and then completely ghost you and won't refund the money.

Avoid at all costs.

At Christmas I purchased a white spin sand of time lamp and this company sent out a basic non spinning one out to me. Tried to contact them but with no luck. Sent numerous emails but with no reply.
This company is definitely a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I wouldn’t even give this company a one star if I could!!
No information about returning items to China at my expense ! £35 to be exact! They have now changed the information about this. It wasn’t on their website before. Easy returns to our returns depot (not stating China !) I have reported to trading standards and in the process of claiming money back through my credit card (section 75 )

I ordered 3 pendant lights. So far so good. Had acceptance of order. However they were apparently delivered by NLpost Netherlands post! I advised nothing had been delivered. Got reply sorry went to wrong address!, they were retrieving the package and it would be redlivered shortly. One of the times has been refunded. Still owed 153.99. DO NOT USE. SCAMMERS

They took over £208 kept it for over two months made interest then after asking for my goods or refund took another 2 weeks to finally get money back . Lots of pointless repeated emails saying planes redirected or cancelled etc 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

LOW QUALITY lamp and disappointing customer services. I've purchased a curve "arctic" lamp from this website for above £232 in 2022. It was shipped from China with broken outer box and the lamp was made of low quality yellow plastic material that on the website picture looked like a much nicer gold metal ! I returned the lamp to them but had to pay for extra return shipment costs myself for about £40. They reimbursed the lamp to me. However they never replied to my e-mails for the return shipment costs and didn't reimburse this to me despite multiple reminders.

No email responses despite numerous attempts, and please read the small print as this is not a UK company. Items shipped from china like most items these days. Still waiting nearly 40 days later and still no response.

Avoid this company like the plague.

I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company. It is untrustworthy and sells goods that significantly deviate from what is presented on their website.

The issues began in early October. After making a purchase, we did not receive a confirmation email. Several days later, upon inquiring about confirmation and a tracking number, the company responded with a non-functional tracking number.

After a month with no delivery, we requested a refund. The company admitted that the package had been returned to their shipping center in China. China! It was the first time we learned that the shipment originated from China. We requested a refund, which was supposed to reach our account within 5-7 days. Unfortunately, after a week, the funds were still not in our bank account.

Suddenly, it was claimed that the package was en route. After weeks of back-and-forth, we finally received the package from the post. Upon unpacking, we found a poorly made, aesthetically unpleasing lamp, bearing no resemblance to what we ordered online. The actual value of the lamp is at most 2 pounds.

We requested a return address, but to this day, the company remains silent. They offered a refund of only 30% of the value. This is fraudulent behavior. The company is registered in the UK but does not adhere to basic legal norms regarding refund policies.

Do not buy anything from them!

They provided me with the wrong tracking number, I called Royal Mail..the tracking number was not under my name OR address.

Emailed several times..NO RESPONSE. Having to contact my credit card company to get a refund.

You've been warned...DO NOT BUY FROM DECORAMO.

Decoramo is a total fraud, ordered on the 18th of September and until now I have not received my order.

UPDATE IT WASNT A SCAM!
Although it did take almost 20 days to arrive, it says Decoramo.UK but the order was shipped from mainland China!
Bulb arrived, reasonably packed, but still surprised it made it this far as the foam was only 1.5mm thick to protect it, inside a padded envelope.
Product review. It works, bonus, but looks nothing like the photos and videos used to sell it. Hence still only 3 stars,( 2 for it not being a scam and 1 stars for the product). Wont be ordering again.

Placed & paid for a light fitting. Received notification by the app ‘Shop’ confirming the item was insured and had been delivered by Royal Mail.
Royal Mail have no reference to the number this company provided me and the item has never arrived.

Scam artists, avoid at all cost!

I was sent a dodgy (and quite stressful) email telling me that my order had been shipped. I had ordered something from them over 3 years ago. I sent an email to the email address they noted in their email as customer service asking them for an explanation and apparently, this email address does not exist.

Bought firework light 120cm this came in a box the size of a shoe box ? The instructions where in Chinese & all I had was the biggest Meccano set I have ever saw , asked for my money back about 20+ times & nothing , please don’t buy from this lot. Totally awful and just want your money , I have had to put this in the bin & lost over £700 , live & learn please think hard b4 you buy ian sproat Dumfries

This company has just notified me that they have shipped an item I have not ordered, presumably trying to get into my bank account. I had contact with them a year ago when the service and product were truly shocking, the light I had ordered arrived very late missing bits. The contact number is unavailable. Trading standards needs to check them out.

Horrendous experience a light ordered on 16/8/23 can only contact the company by email and they never reply. I think it is a scam company I would avoid them at all costs. Website looks genuine and money will come out of your account fast enough then silence.....

No item arrived from July. They have sent emails with 'tracking' but no progress. The 'tracking' websites are dodgy sites. Requested a refund - Their response 'it will arrive this week' but STILL NO ITEM!!! Chased on email, their online form and facebook. We just want a refund!!!

Do not use this company...I fought and got my money back.. their goods come from china, rec'd 2 floor lamps (delivered weeks apart)!! Chinese plug, remote control was in chinese?? Wires hanging out everywhere. un-useable! Had to send pics to my bank and fought them to get money back. They aren't interested in you as a customer. Complete scam...you have been warned.
