A massive thank you to DeckheadUK for staying genuine! As many of you have noticed, a lot of shops have taken advantage of the soon-to-be-released Prismatic Evolutions set by hiking prices to double or even triple the retail value. However, DeckheadUK has once again proven they’re truly community-focused, showing they value their customers and why they deserve our support.
Even if you haven’t been able to buy the Prismatic Evolutions set from them, please consider checking them out for any sets you’re still collecting. From the day I first felt welcomed by them, I’ve been committed to supporting DeckheadUK, and they continue to show why they deserve that loyalty.

Do not pre-order. 3mths paid in advance for one piece. Never received messed me about. Said sent items but no tracking lied continuously. Took me over 2 weeks toget refund.

We are so sorry to hear you aren't happy with your experience.
Unfortunately items were Delayed originally by Bandai, this was completely out of our control.
We sent out multiple emails as well as social media updates. We apologised repeatedly when we realised your emails had been bouncing we also made sure we contacted you by text to make sure you got the updates after this.
As you can see from our previous reviews we made sure to update everyone as we got the information.
After receiving then delays with Evri and tracking not updating we contacted everyone affected and offered compensation and either the option to wait or have a full refund.
You responded to this with Threats and Abuse, we proceeded to refund your order, which you received well within the 2 weeks.
As the owner yourselves of a small TCG company, Evolution Cards we would have hoped out of everyone you would have been more understanding that sometimes these things happen and are out of our control.
We sincerely apologies again for the issues with your order but believe this maybe a case of no matter what we did, you would not have been happy.

I am a relatively new Pokemon collector and I actually met Maz while I was looking for advice online. DECKHEADUK is honestly the best of the best when it comes to a Pokemon community. Great prices, fast delivery, helpful beyond words and the lives on TikTok are SO MUCH FUN! Quality and care
I purchased from DeckHead through TikTok on one of her lives.
The host is absolutely lovely with a warming sense of humour to keep you entertained while you "queue".
I really appreciate the quality of the sleeves and toploaders for my hits. The packaging is great and puts my collectible ocd at ease.
Overall I'll definitely keep coming back for more!
