Waiting for a refund since April! I have emailed them consistently every week, and now everyday and they have started ignoring me! Absolute disgrace, illegal, awful company- will never be buying anything from them again! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!

Had a fantastic experience at the bike service area in Decathlon Ballymun today. Boris was incredibly helpful, friendly, and took the time to make sure everything was sorted. Top-level customer service and great value. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough and I’ll definitely be back!

Bought a watch wasn’t told until I bought it delivery date weeks away tried to contact customer care it’s a bot and the email even more annoying an automated response with articles to read.what happened to speaking to a person and having your problem dealt with in a few minutes they deliberately avoid speaking to customers I won’t be one again .got the watch less than a week it’s not charging will have to drive 2 hours to bring it to my closest shop customer service didn’t respond disgusting behaviour

I would give no stars if it were possible. I received the wrong order. I emailed support and received a response fairly quickly. They got extra info and then let me know that they'd update me in 2 days. I didn't hear anything back so emailed on the 3rd day, there was no response to this or the subsequent emails I sent. Such bad customer service, really terrible and so frustrating. I mean to just ignore emails is bad form. I will never purchase from Decathlon online again and would advise anyone else to think very carefully before doing so. It's fine, if there are no problems, but if you have to deal with "customer support", that's when it gets difficult. I have had to contact decathlon on social media and explain that I would be contacting the CCPC, before finally receiving a response. My query is still as unresolved as the day I contacted them, over 2 weeks ago. It's really a simple send me the right product or issue a refund situation. It should not be so difficult to resolve

Might be the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering online, I initially placed an order for a small golf club on the 13th and straight away I was concerned about the 8 day delivery time since we are both from Ireland and other places usually only took 3 or so days. Anyway I kept tracking the order everyday until the 20th by then I noticed that it had not yet been handed over to the courier so I knew it wasn’t going to arrive the next day so I emailed and politely asked for a realistic delivery date to which they replied that it had been lost in transit, by now I was slightly annoyed but I wasn’t overly angry because they offered a refund or they could re order it, I asked to re order the item and they told me there was an error and that wasn’t possible again I was angry but not going crazy but then they said there refund would take 3-5 days and as a goodwill gesture they would add on 6.99 to the refund which I already paid for delivery this sent me over the edge and now I’m fuming. They have a shocking way of handling business and customer care and I can not reccomend enough to steer far away from this company.

I ordered a golf bag from Decathlon online. It never arrived. I never even got an email from them. Finally I contacted them and they said they my address didn't make sense so they never sent it. I use my address every day for packages from all over the world so that was nonsense. Really awful service.

I don't recommend decathlon.ie at all. I received only part of my expensive order and shipping status of 2nd part of my order for over 5 days has not changed. I emailed to Customer Service many times but they ignore me instead of looking for a package! This is ridicolous!!!!

I bought a yoga mat from the decathlon website. I received a proof of purchase from a completely different company. Apparently Decathlon Marketplace use third-party sellers. The yoga mat I bought was sold by one of these third party sellers and it took 2 weeks to deliver. I’ll never purchase from Decathlon again and will inform everybody I know not to purchase anything from them.

I ordered two pairs of my favourite trainers Skechers D'Lites (as they are out of my stock with my trusted provider) from Decathlon- they refunded my money without providing a valid reason or any apology- they even made me feel like they were doing me a favour(!) What's more, they are still advertising this product!! I would NEVER shop with them again!

Extremely disappointed with the customer service, ordered an item and had to follow up twice over a 2 week period to see where it was, there was an issue with the delivery address and they just never bothered to contact me and flag it or to update it there end, would not recommend there online shopping service.

I have been waiting since April for my refund. I got an email confirming that decathlon had got the return. No follow up on my emails. Stop screwing me around. Give me my money back

I have ordered 2 bikes for my kids birthday next week and only one arrived. Customer services are too lazy to read my emails and get my issue resolved. I have proved the second bike they say has been delivered was in fact a tennis game! But they have not bothered addressing this. I call this stealing. I will never buy from Decathlon and would advise others to do the same.

Just to Preface, I did not get my product but I did recieve a refund. The reason I am leaving a 3 star review is entirely to do with the aftercare service I recieved.

I was dealing with Naomi and from the start she provided prompt and informative response's, regardless of my ill temper due to the delays.

I had ordered my product (Padel Racket) and recieved a text from UPS to state my package would be delivered tomorrow but it never arrived. I waited another day but heard nothing.

I contacted customer support to get a resolution on it and Naomi was the agent providing said support. Though I was extremely frustrated and I did have to wait a week for a resolution, it was sorted in the end thanks to Naomi keeping her word, and issuing a prompt refund once the package could finally be marked as lost in transit.

The delivery handover I think has a lot to improve on, as neither UPS or Decathlon could tell me if they even had the package in their posession to begin with, but still it was resolved properly and honesly in the end.

I placed an online order for click and collect this afternoon. Sadly it was an abysmal customer service experience. Admittedly I was under time pressure. Unfortunately I met a member of staff who had two gears. Slow and Dead Slow!. The vacant look on their face that said "FFS not another customer" said it all. If ever someone wanted to be somewhere else it was this person. Perhaps because I've spent most of my life in retail and customer service my expectations are higher than most. However even the pretence of being interested would have made the experience bearable. Avoid "click and collect" in O'Connell St. Store if you can.

Very bad experience with delivery service. Despite I paid for delivery, but too much delay and no phone number to contact them. Furthermore, not usually replying to email.

-The treadmill we ordered stated it was for running on by adults but a description appeared online later that stated it had a limit of 6 kmph which is in fact a walking treadmill. That description was not available or not seen by us when we reviewed the product and I simply wouldn’t have bought it having previously owned a useless walking treadmill.

-Our delivery was somehow mixed up with another treadmill delivery to Ireland and I was sent the tracking details for that one as if it was my purchase. Once it was delivered to that address, I was told I had received it even though it was a different product and sent to a different customer.

-Finally they sent me a treadmill that I had realised I didn’t want and which I had tried to refuse. I sent it back using the courier that was provided by their seller - DPD. Now it has disappeared and they are trying to track it down. I have nothing. No product or money. I have been robbed.

My mistake was i did not look at Trustpilot before I ordered. The issue is the wrong item delivered.
Decathlon Customer service is very poor, misleading and very slow.
After 13 days , I have learnt that the correct part will not be dispatched up until the wrong item is picked up, I has taken Decathlon 14 day to arrange the collection of the wrong item. Their email never explained there was going to be a delay, despite my requests for information. It was only after a phone call to their office in Dublin was I told what was going on. I expect the correct item will arrive some 30 day after the order was placed. Fingers crossed the correct piece arrives,

Went to the shop in Limerick to enquire about a product and the customer support at the front desk arranged for someone on the floor area to take me to the correct location to search for the item I was looking for.
We found the item I wanted and the staff member was very helpful and ensured the item I needed was the correct one prior to purchase.
