My items were lovely. The quality was great and they are so beautiful. They arrived quickly, too. They also respond in good time if you need to message them. I needed to exchange something, which was my mistake, not the company's, and they were very understanding and allowed me to do this. I could not fault their professionalism or service and would buy from them again.

I lost my mum five years ago so to mark the anniversary and her may birthday which was just two days later, I bought the raw emerald necklace with Gemini disc which was her star sign. It makes me feel like I am holding her close to me and it’s so special. I absolutely love my necklace, it’s stunning and I’ve had so many compliments.

Beautiful earrings, packaged beautifully and with care. Highly recommend this company

I saw a necklace and pendant online and thought it was really pretty. I'm not really a jewellery wearer. But this looked small, delicate and not too girlie. After a couple of weeks, I decided to buy it for myself. I didn't measure the necklace length correctly, so after a bit of toing and froing; I now have the perfect sized necklace with a beautiful pendant.

Prompt delivery and good quality product nicely packaged. I appreciate that as a natural product labradorite will vary in colour, but I’d have preferred the bluer tones shown online to the yellow-green colour I received. I found the earrings’ hoop fastening too fiddly to use with a fairly heavy pendant on it and couldn’t fasten them at all, so have had to change the fittings for kidney wires instead. I’m in my late 50s and I think my fingers just aren’t supple enough to cope with this fine manipulation any more. So overall a bit disappointed, though more by bad luck than the fault of the company.

Nice March birthstone collection necklace, lovely quality. To be honest I was disappointed with the size of the charms, I should have paid more attention to the detailed description. Hence the 4 stars.
