Dears Pharmacy & Travel Clinic  Anmeldelser

Visited branch at Templehall, Kirkcaldy today to have a booster vaccination. Excellent service by Diane. Would definitely recommend to friends and family if they required travel vaccinations!

I had to have a private consultation at the pharmacy today for an issue which has caused me considerable worry. I was dealt with by an exceptionally kind, patient, and empathetic young pharmacist; I think her name was Francesca. I don't think that she is the usual pharmacist. She listened carefully to my concerns and her reassuring manner set my mind ease. The service I received from her was outstanding. Please pass on my sincerest thanks to her. She is a credit to the business.

I recently visited the pharmacy for a general health profile, and I had the pleasure of being attended to by Charlie. From the start, she was incredibly accommodating and made me feel at ease, especially since this was my first time undergoing this procedure. Charlie took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, ensuring I understood the process. What truly stood out was her skill with the needle, it was unbelievably painless! Her calm and professional demeanor helped me relax throughout the entire experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide me through this. Thank you, Charlie, for your exceptional care!!!!!!! She doesn't lie when she says she is good with the needles.

I’m a regular customer of the Leslie branch of Dears and have to say the service I get from the lovely lady at the counter is first class, am sure her name is Isobel. She is always happy to help and has a very cheerful manner

I visit the Leslie pharmacy regularly and the majority of the staff are wonderful, however, there is one older female staff member who is extremely rude to everyone she serves! Very disrespectful and condescending. Should not be working with the public.

Charlie was very patient and professional taking my bloods, I have notoriously bad veins.

Great service provided by Charlie this morning, had blood test taken, painless experience, full professional service, everything went nice and smooth, can highly recommend.

I had my regular blood test today at the Drylaw branch and was seen by Charlie. She was incredibly friendly, approachable, and most importantly, a highly professional phlebotomist. In the past, others have struggled to take my blood, but Charlie did it effortlessly on the first attempt. Throughout the process, she made me feel reassured and well looked after. Charlie truly deserves praise for her skill and caring approach – she was fantastic!

Great service friendly staff. Charlie (Phlebotomist) is excellent - especially as I am a nervous patient. Melissa

No problem here . Nice friendly counter staff, and Charlie my phlebotomist got the job done in short order despite my 'moving' vein 😂. Thanks again 👍

Pennywell road
It was Charlie that took my bloods, and she put me at ease immediately
Very professional and a nice personality all round
I wish her every future success

What a difference - good customer service, welcoming atmosphere - keep up the good work 👍

After discovering my GP would not assist with my blocked ear, I went online and found my local Dears pharmacy absolutely would! Within two hours, I had booked online and was being seen by such a lovely pharmacy assistant. She was gentle and patient, and took me through the process so well. It was great, I can finally hear again - thanks to Dears!

Handed in prescription and said I would collect in roughly an hour. I went back & the young girl (who was lovely) informed me they didn't have all my prescription but would 'try' to order it in for later. I don't stay near this pharmacy so I was offered to take script away. I then was told they had found some medication... The counter staff & pharmacist were lovely, however there was a blonde female checking who looked miserable

Fantastic service, friendly helpful staff

Hammad gave us so much information of precautions we could take on our upcoming trip to India when we attended for our travel vaccinations.

Useless!! I thought when it changed to dears it things would improve! I have yet to get all my medications on my prescription!! “Oh just come back in 2 days” is the standard line!! They have had the perception for a week!! I had to wait and in the 5 minutes I waited on my second visits 6 of the 7 people the lassie served all where told to come back!!

I travelled through from Perth to get my Covid vaccine done. Easy to find and park. The staff were friendly and professional and the appointment ran on time. The whole experience was virtually painless.

Ear wax removal at Templehall. Excellent service. Friendly and efficient.
