I LOVE MY DEAR FRANCES BOOTIES!!! I have been searching forever for boots that don’t hurt my feet but are also stylish. FINALLLLLLYYYY found these, thank goodness. They feel like a little hug on my feet and they’re wide enough so they don’t feel smashed. The thickness of the sole is perfect too. It’s the perfect timeless piece - can’t wait to style them! ❤️

Beautifully designed and crafted shoes. So far I have purchased two pairs of the Balla mesh shoes, which fit like a comfortable glove. This company has impeccable customer service, too. I contacted them multiple times with questions and they promptly and warmly responded each time. I also returned/exchanged some items which was an easy and efficient process

Got a pair of loafers and a belt from Dear Frances and they are beautifully crafted. I absolutely love them!
Also, customer support was super helpful and friendly. They ensured my information was complete before shipping so there were no problems with the delivery process, so I got my package quickly and easily.
Would definitely recommend!

I had a very bad experience with the quality of the product that its extremely difficult to recommend it's purchase at date unfortunately..

Updated review (after the resolution of the product and feedback from customer support):

I received a product from Dear Frances that I believe did not meet the quality standards they advertise.

Specifically, the leather on the shoes began peeling within days of normal use. As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted their customer support team, provided photographs, and returned the shoes to the company. Despite this, my case was rejected on the grounds that the shoes had been worn — which, of course, they had, as they are shoes purchased for everyday use.

I understand that sometimes products don't meet the quality standards but that's not a big deal, they take into consideration, they are replaced and removed.

I believe that companies need to take into account their customers.

Dear Frances did not take any accountability for what I consider a manufacturing defect, and the defective shoes were returned to me without resolution.

Unfortunate, I'm still a little bit sad and disappointed about this purchase. I'm still regretting at date, unfortunately. They are not cheap, I expected my sandals would last longer than 10 days.

I tried my luck and emailed customer support if they have a spare park boot accessory. Nancy, of client services, was so gracious to accommodate my concern. Not only was she prompt and efficient with my request, to my surprise, they did not charge me for anything. It truly made my day!

Great customer service

Dear Frances makes beautifully designed, wonderful quality goods. They are simple in design, yet elegant and edgy.
Customer service is outstanding.

I love their products but their exchange process is really insufficient. It takes them 7-10 working days apparently, to send out the new item after receiving the one to be replaced. For a company operating solely on an online basis (for shoes which is very hard to buy without trying) and add hand crafting (sizes not always consistent) this is a big deterrent.
