Smart Sales & Investments Anmeldelser

David is one of the leading property sourcers in the industry having worked hard to build up his business. I’ve been impressed at his ability to find off market discounted properties. He has great property knowledge and a great network to ensure the highest quality service. I would highly recommend David to anyone looking to invest in property or own property.

I’ve just completed our 3rd deal with Smart Property Sourcing. It always amazes me how this company pulls so many strings together to create - quite literally - the perfect package. From seller to sourcer, legals to refurbs, everything is open, upfront and on time. Such a pleasure in today’s overpopulated property industry to find an ethical company committed to making the deal work for everyone involved. Not only highly recommended but I look forward to working with them again.

Having used David and his team to source an Off Market Property, I was impressed with his unparalleled knowledge, network and approach to working for me. He is open and honest when discussing properties and puts the client before a sale. He only sells the right deal to the right client. He is always available to chat and welcomes feedback on his deals or advice. In the current climate of sourcers being created daily, he is one of the best in Scotland and someone you can trust. Genuine, transparent and professional, he never lets his clients down.

Great services and deals . Always detailed and in depth that made due diligence quite easy and quick.

Top class service. Bought a property from David, absolutely no issues at all. Even came out and ran over things with me in the property giving me quotes and access to his tradesmen if required.

I have approached David and his team on numerous occasions to help me with certain properties that I was a bit unsure of. What I love about this company is that they are very honest and transparent and I have learned a lot through them both individually and collectively.
