I always expect good service from the DCU people who answer, and this time if anything it was better. He really listened and helped, didn’t corner me or try to fit me into a pattern, etc. He kindly asked what I needed, like my balance since I couldn’t sign in. Really the best service anyone could give. Thank you for maintaining your high standards for service. It’s a good reason to stay with a credit union and not migrate to a bank. He was a real example of how to treat a customer. I don’t remember his name but I do remember his help.

I'd been having multiple issues of being unable to access my account, out of frustration called DCU for help. Ms Maryame was of great help, she guided me all through and better still, she made me aware of other benefits I qualified for as a DCU member.
