I used this service for its promise of speed but it took longer (Still waiting 11 days later) than the regular post office which was a third of the price.

I applied for this Enhanced DBS and the payment of £95 was cleared but up to date I haven't received my certificate. I am a return to work employee with the NHS but I continue to work until I have presented the certificate to my employer. The work you do is great I can't deny that.

I've not even requested a DBS and have had a charge on my card for £89.

Scam reported as fraud to my bank

Its a scam. £79 for application and they charge admin fee from £15- £35 No price provided along application process. Do not use them !

Scammer i wish i had viewed the reviews before paying - i requested a refund 1hour later and was told that they will hold on to £35.00 cancellation fee,
I ended up getting a DBS For £18 from a government website.

Terrible experience.
Applied for an enhanced DBS which I paid 95 pounds for when it should only be around 36 pounds in any other site. The inflated charge was also a waste of money as I immediately asked for a refund and after waiting on a telephone call for 15 minuets I was told that the company had to charge a 15 pound cancellation fee as well as a 30 pound administration fee as someone had sent an email to me asking for an employer's email address. Horrible experience and a waste of money

Absolute Scam! No price came up at any point after I filled out the application then suddenly I was charged £79 for a £25 service! Emailed them straightaway to say don't do anything and I want a refund, They then emailed back the next day offering £64 and charging me a £15 admin fee, even though they have done no admin and didn't process anything! On phoning them and speaking to a lady she used very well rehearsed lines quoting terms and conditions etc. This is not a legit company! AVOID!

Refused refund as I had downloaded documents. Have asked for full breakdown of costs as I have not received a service from them. Asked for help with a particular document but was ignored until I asked for a refund . Over priced.

One step up from scammers - I have no doubt they are a real business, and will (eventually) get the checks done. BUT they are not the official Government body and they charge ludicrously inflated fees for a service you could get done quicker and far cheaper. They couldn't do the checks for me without lots of paper verification so I tried to cancel - requesting a refund as things never progressed as far as the checks being carried out. I am not holding my breath.

As with many of the reviews attached, promised a refund after cancellation and 8 weeks later still waiting for it having also charged me £15 for the cancellation fee despite it being 3 minutes after mistakenly making the order and realising it was not a Government website.

Website full of reviews that are 5 star although the reviews here tell the truth of the matter. Disgraceful customer service and intent on keeping your money unless you chase your refund which they hope you forget about.

Still have not received my money back - next stop Trading Standards

I paid a lot of money for the enhanced check, to be done within 5-7 days. 10 days later and I am still waiting. The email said if I need to help to reply to any of their emails, I have done this and it has bounced back? Very worrying

Dont touch them.
They are just a badly run middle agent, pretending to be a gov agency . No g'tee of getting faster disclosure for the extra 50 pounds it costs, zero delivery of detailed service they would provide.
Just fill the same info on the government official website and wait the same length of time and spend the excess 50 pounds elsewhere..
