I have had the worst brokerage experience of my life with DB Investing. When I made a profit, they did not provide any evidence or justification, and they completely removed my profit without any reason. Furthermore, they falsely claim to have a physical office in Dubai, but the office is already closed. I warn all potential new clients to be extremely cautious and avoid any dealings with them. I will be going directly to the regulatory authority; I will pay any necessary fees, but I will file a formal complaint against them, especially regarding their claim of Category 5 regulation

To protect your privacy, we cannot discuss individual account details publicly. However, after reviewing your case internally, we can confirm that the actions taken on your account were a direct result of multiple breaches of our Terms & Conditions — the same terms agreed to at the time of registration.
When such breaches occur, we are contractually and regulatorily obliged to act, which in this instance resulted in account termination. These procedures are standard, documented, and applied consistently to all clients to ensure a safe and compliant trading environment.

UAE REGULATED ESCA, ALSO ISLMIC SWAP FREE ACCOUNT
I have been trading with DB Investing for the last three months, and so far my experience has been good.
As per UAE regulations, this company feels trustworthy because it is registered under ESCA, which gives more confidence as a regulated firm.
My first withdrawal took around 3 days, but after that, all other withdrawals were processed smoothly.
One of the best advantages is that they provide an Islamic (swap-free) account, which is very important for many traders.
Additionally, when maintaining around 100USD profit, they share an annual profit percentage of 12%, which is credited daily.
Overall, I am satisfied with the services and support provided by DB Investing.

Serious Pricing Issues and No Proper Support
Orders are getting executed at terribly wrong prices — often $70–$71 away from the price I set, sometimes even outside the day’s price range. I have written to customer service multiple times about this issue, but they keep giving the same reply, blaming the liquidity provider, and the problem still continues.
When I tried to contact my account manager, I was informed that he had already left the company — and he even advised me to get out of this mess as well.
I am writing this public review to get the attention of higher-level management and I am ready to provide any proof for this strange way of order execution. I am also willing to remove this review if the issue is permanently and transparently fixed.
At the moment, I am extremely frustrated, as I am not able to properly close even my profitable positions. I genuinely feel that I have been scammed.
Update after their reply:
Your response suggests you haven’t understood the real issue. I am not complaining about normal slippage. I am referring to limit/TP orders being executed at prices that are nowhere near the market price.
Below are a few examples for quick reference.
Copper orders;
1. 2025.11.27 13:22:55 – Buy limit filled at 10924, but the price given was 10994 (gap of $70).
2. 2025.11.27 13:18:40 – Buy market order filled at 10925, but the price given was 10996 (gap of $71).
3.2025.11.28 17:49:17 – Sell T/P order filled at 11170, but the price given was 11100 (gap of $70).
4.2025.12.01 18:46:10 – Sell T/P order filled at 11230, but the price given was 11159 (gap of $71).
Please explain what kind of slippage this is, why it affects limit/TP orders, and why the gap appears repeatedly with similar values.
Other orders
1. 2025.12.06 17:52:45 – ETHUSD T/P sell filled at 3052, but the price given was 3046.99.
2. 2025.12.07 21:14:21 – BTCUSD T/P sell filled at 91300, but the price given was 91295.
3. 2025.12.09 19:32:04 – SOLUSD T/P sell filled at 142, but the price shown/given was 137.
4. 2025.12.03 17:42:42 – SOLUSD T/P sell filled at 143, but the price shown/given was 141.92.
5. 2025.11.28 11:41:46 – XAUUSD T/P sell filled at 4162, but the price shown/given was 4161.30.
6. 2025.11.27 12:01:56 – XAUUSD S/L sell filled at 4163, but the price shown/given was 4162.08.
7. 2025.12.06 17:51:09 – ETHUSD T/P sell filled at 3051, but the price shown/given was 3046.
8. 2025.12.07 18:50:02 – BTCUSD T/P sell filled at 89000, but the price shown/given was 88995.
9. 2025.12.06 17:55:33 – BNBUSD T/P sell filled at 895, but the price shown/given was 890.
10. 2025.12.05 20:27:55 – BTCUSD T/P sell filled at 88800, but the price shown/given was 88795.
11. 2025.12.05 20:24:48 – BTCUSD T/P sell filled at 88900, but the price shown/given was 88895.
These are only examples—there are many more similar cases in my order history. I feel I’m receiving replies without proper investigation of the issue. If required, I can share screenshots and full order history details for verification.

Execution & slippage in STP/A-Book: On an STP/A-Book setup, orders are routed to external liquidity and can experience positive or negative slippage, particularly during high volatility, low liquidity, rollover, gaps, or news events. That said, if you’re seeing repeated fills that you believe are materially away from the available market, we want to formally audit those trades end-to-end (quote stream → LP fill → execution timestamp).
2. Your account history shows that withdrawals have exceeded deposits, which means the account has been profitable overall and funds have been successfully paid out.
Specifically (based on the figures you referenced): deposit ~$3,000, total withdrawals ~$11,533.17, which implies a net realized profit of ~$10,533.17 to date.
This does not align with the claim of being “scammed,” but we still want to review the specific executions you’re referencing and address anything that looks abnormal.
3. Account manager change: We apologize for the disruption. Team changes should never leave a client without proper coverage, and we’ll ensure you have a direct point of contact moving forward.
Our Trade Audit/Compliance team will provide a written execution report explaining exactly how each fill occurred (including whether slippage was due to market conditions, liquidity availability, or routing).
We fully understand you posted this to reach senior management — message received. Once we’ve reviewed the evidence and closed the loop with a transparent outcome, we hope you’ll consider updating your review to reflect the resolution.

An illegal company
I opened an account with the company and began trading. However, when I requested a withdrawal, it was not processed.
To this day, my withdrawal request is still pending, and the company has informed me that there was a violation of their terms and conditions.
It appears that all clients are being contacted with the same issue when they request a withdrawal.
Please be cautious when dealing with this company, as they do not comply with laws and regulations and include unreasonable terms in their agreement.
