I would like to submit a formal complaint regarding my experience with DB Investing, and I sincerely hope to find a fair resolution to this issue.
About three months ago, I started trading with your company. I made profits and successfully withdrew them. After that, the introducing agent advised me to withdraw the remaining balance because they were leaving the company. I followed that advice and withdrew my funds without any issues.
Then, on the 15th of this month, my account manager contacted me and asked why I had stopped trading. He informed me about new promotions and encouraged me to make another deposit. Based on his recommendation, I deposited new funds, traded, and made profits.
However, when I requested a withdrawal, I found that I was unable to withdraw any of my funds. My account manager has not been responding to my calls unless I contact him from a different phone number, and he has not provided any solution. Even the introducing agent has been unable to resolve the issue.
When I contacted customer support, I was informed that there was a violation on my account and that I was not allowed to withdraw my profits. I then requested to withdraw at least my original deposit, but I was told that because I had made a withdrawal several months ago, that withdrawal was considered to be my deposit withdrawal, and therefore I am not entitled to withdraw my current deposit.
I respectfully request that the relevant department review my case carefully, explain the reason for this decision, and allow me to withdraw my funds or provide a fair and appropriate resolution.

Profit removed without evidence
I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with DB Investing.
After trading normally and making a profit of approximately $5,326 through manual trading, my account was suddenly flagged for “platform abuse” without any clear explanation or evidence.
Shortly after requesting a withdrawal:
- My profits were completely removed
- My account was permanently disabled
- Only my initial deposit was returned
What is most concerning is that:
- No specific trades were identified as violations
- No clear clause from the Terms & Conditions was provided
- No evidence was shared to support their decision
Everything I did was based on manual trading and independent decision-making. There was no third-party involvement, no hedging, and no prohibited strategies used knowingly.
This raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness, especially since similar experiences have been reported by other traders where profits are removed after withdrawal requests.
I strongly advise traders to be cautious. A broker should not have the right to remove profits without providing clear, verifiable proof.
I am still waiting for a detailed explanation and reserve the right to escalate this matter further.
⚠️ Trade carefully and always consider the risk of profit cancellation.

Thank you for your comment. We would like to clarify the situation for transparency.
The account in question was flagged by both our Compliance and Risk teams following an internal review. This review identified multiple red flags, including but not limited to:
- Access from distant and inconsistent IP locations
- Use of multiple devices, including several mobile devices
- An unusually lengthy onboarding process, inconsistent with normal individual account behavior
- Strong indicators that the account may have been opened or operated on behalf of another person, which appears to be reflected in the third‑party nature of this review
In addition, our Risk Team detected the use of latency spread arbitrage software, which is strictly prohibited.
As clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions (available here:
https://dbinvesting.com/en/terms-conditions/), the following activities are not permitted and may result in account restriction, investigation, or delayed withdrawals pending review:
- Use of automated or abusive trading strategies, including arbitrage aimed at exploiting execution latency
- Account access from multiple or remote geographic locations suggesting account sharing or third‑party control
- Operating an account on behalf of another individual
- Use of multiple devices or identities in a manner that circumvents platform safeguards
- Any activity that may manipulate pricing, execution, or rebate mechanisms
When such flags are triggered, withdrawals may be temporarily held while compliance checks are completed, in accordance with regulatory and contractual obligations. This is done to protect all parties and ensure adherence to financial regulations.
We do not withhold client funds arbitrarily. Once compliance reviews are completed and requirements are met, accounts are handled accordingly.
For privacy and regulatory reasons, we cannot discuss detailed account information publicly. Any affected client is welcome to contact our Compliance Department directly for official communication and resolution.

Profit Cancelled & Account Disabled, My Experience with DB Investing
This review is based on my personal experience with DB Investing,
I deposited $1000 and made profits through manual trading (Gold trades). My total profit was around $1539. I also successfully withdrew some amount earlier, which proves my account was fully verified and functioning.
Later, when I requested withdrawal of my remaining profit, the company suddenly accused me of “Latency Abuse” without providing any valid proof or trade evidence.
After that:
“My withdrawal request was declined”
* “My profits were removed from the account”
* “My account was disabled”
* “A withdrawal transaction was processed, which I did not fully understand at that time”
I have complete proof of my trades, emails, and transactions. All my profitable trades were manual and genuine.
This broker is not transparent and can cancel your profits anytime using vague excuses.
In my opinion, traders should carefully review the terms and conditions and understand the risks before trading with this broker,

Following a review by our Risk and Compliance Department, your account was found to have engaged in prohibited latency trading activity, in breach of DB Investing’s Terms and Conditions. The review also identified activity associated with a VPN and technical indicators consistent with abusive trading behaviour.
In addition, our compliance review raised serious concerns regarding the documents and information used in connection with the account opening process, including indications that third-party documents may have been used. When further clarification and supporting information were requested, the required details regarding the account owner and account usage were not satisfactorily provided.
This was not a case of DB Investing cancelling profits without reason. The decision was taken after an internal compliance investigation and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions accepted when opening and using the account, including provisions relating to client verification, prohibited strategies, latency arbitrage, high-frequency trading, third-party account use, and abusive trading conduct.
As a result, the trading account was closed, the deposited funds were returned, and the results arising from the prohibited activity were treated in line with our contractual rights and internal compliance procedures.
For confidentiality and data-protection reasons, we cannot disclose full account records, server logs, KYC details, or compliance evidence publicly on Trustpilot. However, the client was already informed of the reasons for the account closure through official correspondence from our Risk and Compliance Department.
DB Investing remains committed to maintaining a fair trading environment, protecting its systems from prohibited activity, and ensuring that all accounts comply with applicable KYC, AML, and trading rules.

Your relationship with DB Investing did not start with the account referred to in this review. Our records show that you previously opened an account with us in December 2022, deposited USD 1,700, and withdrew USD 5,240.26, resulting in a profit of USD 3,540.26 before the account was closed following an internal review.
That review identified serious concerns regarding the use of multiple sub-accounts and activity connected to rebate generation, which DB Investing considered abusive and inconsistent with the intended use of our services and IB structure.
Years later, a new account was opened using different details. This account deposited USD 1,000, trading just 1.23 lots and withdrew USD 1,240, meaning the account also ended in profit. Therefore, the claim that DB Investing acted unfairly or withheld client funds is not consistent with the account history.
Regarding your allegation about hidden spread, order execution, or orders being opened or closed away from market price, we reviewed the relevant trading logs and did not identify the slippage you described. We also requested supporting evidence from you so the matter could be investigated further, but no valid proof was provided.
DB Investing takes execution-related complaints seriously. However, we cannot accept unsupported allegations of “hidden spread” or “scam broker” when the account records and trading logs do not support those claims, and when the client does not provide the requested evidence.

"I strongly warn everyone against DB Investing. I managed to make $2343 in profit, only for them to seize it all under the pretext of 'Trading Patterns
They use deceptive and impossible terms to trap traders:
• They changed the minimum trade duration from 40 seconds to 30 minutes overnight without any notification! No real trader can stay in a volatile market for 30 minutes by force.
• They mandate trading on at least 10 different instruments, which is a ridiculous rule designed to make you lose money. A trader should focus on what they know, not be forced to trade random pairs.
• I trade both Buy and Sell positions, but when I won, they claimed it was 'Bonus Abuse' because they simply didn't like that I made money.
Withdrawals are delayed for over 4 days only to result in profit cancellation. They are a 'Market Maker' that hates successful traders. Save your money and go to a regulated, honest broker."

So I have been with this broker for 3 weeks now. Everything seemed to fine, I had no warnings sent to me or any acknowledgment of violations. Payouts started to take a while but were fine. Then last week I went to withdraw £4500 out of my trading account. This morning I wake up to a rejection email followed by emails stating I had allegedly violated terms and conditions of scalping that dated all the way back to February for no more than £500 worth. Then 15 minutes later they take my whole account from me, ALL £5100!!!!. These people are complete scammers. Do NOT trade with them. I am now £5000+ out of pocket because of this broker. Do NOT make the same mistake I have.
