Because we operate as a regulated financial institution, we are required to verify ownership of the bank account before processing any bank transfer withdrawal. This means we must receive complete bank details—not only the IBAN—so we can securely confirm that the account belongs to you. These procedures are mandatory for the protection of all our clients, doesn't matter the amount that will be transferred via bank transfer. Also, if an incorrect IBAN (or, in your case, sort code) is provided, it may result in duplicate fees being charged to us rather than to you (for outgoing and bank transfer return).
Regarding your withdrawal request, we can confirm that you initially attempted to withdraw 51.74 USD, and after completing the verification steps you chose to proceed with a crypto withdrawal instead, which was successfully processed.

Malicious Falsehood: Publicly alleging that a regulated firm has "stolen" or "conned" you when the action was a result of a documented contractual breach is actionable in the High Court.

However, after reviewing your case internally, we can confirm that the actions taken on your account were a direct result of multiple breaches of our Terms & Conditions — the same terms agreed to at the time of registration.
When such breaches occur, we are contractually and regulatorily obliged to act, which in this instance resulted in account termination. These procedures are standard, documented, and applied consistently to all clients to ensure a safe and compliant trading environment.

After several friends had issues with withdrawing money I decided to withdraw £100 from my £1500 balance just to confirm it was legit. It wasn’t. I didn’t receive payment even thought it was confirmed and approved. No responses or explanations. Three other friends all had same issue.
Very quick to take your money but won’t ever return it, even if you profit or lose.
Emailing daily regarding my request and have since had my account balance reduced to zero for raising the matter on not receiving payment. Please don’t make the mistakes I did and chose an other company to trade with.

We have conducted a forensic audit of your account 354628 to address the claims of "non-legitimacy" and "withheld funds" in your recent review. The financial reality of your account activity stands in direct contradiction to your public assertions.
We’re sorry to hear you feel this way — and we take any withdrawal concern seriously.
That said, the key facts here matter:
- Your account was funded with £1,500.
- The vast majority of the balance was lost through self-directed trading activity, primarily on XAUUSD (Gold) and XAGUSD (Silver).
- The £100 withdrawal request was submitted only after those trading losses, when the remaining free equity was limited.
To be clear: we do not “take” client balances or “reduce them to zero” because a client raises an issue. If an account balance goes to (or near) zero, it is the result of trading losses, spread/financing (swap) costs where applicable, or margin-related liquidation, depending on the instruments and leverage used.
On the withdrawal point: if a withdrawal shows as “approved” but not received, it’s typically due to one of the following operational factors:
- Bank/intermediary processing delays,
- Card/PSP reversals (like your case, you can receive the same after 5-7 working days from the approval)
- Name/ownership or AML verification checks, or
- Attempted withdrawal exceeding available free funds after losses/fees are accounted for.
Regarding “three other friends”: we cannot comment on third-party accounts publicly due to confidentiality, but we’re happy to review any case individually.

Please get in touch with Support/Compliance with your ticket ID and withdrawal reference (and the last 4 digits of the funding method, if applicable). We will provide a traceable payment status (and, where possible, an ARN/transaction reference) or a written explanation of any compliance/processing reason preventing completion.

I have been trading with DB Investing for the last three months, and so far my experience has been good.
As per UAE regulations, this company feels trustworthy because it is registered under ESCA, which gives more confidence as a regulated firm.
My first withdrawal took around 3 days, but after that, all other withdrawals were processed smoothly.
One of the best advantages is that they provide an Islamic (swap-free) account, which is very important for many traders.
Additionally, when maintaining around 100USD profit, they share an annual profit percentage of 12%, which is credited daily.
Overall, I am satisfied with the services and support provided by DB Investing.
