Good and bad…sadly.
Beautiful lamp and fantastic delivery service,protection during transit excellent BUT let down by communication as this was dreadful. Emails and phone unanswered.

a good company with excellent products
This is such a good company to purchase from. The range of lamps is excellent and ordering couldn't be easier.
The lamp was well packaged and straightforward to assemble.
The only thing I would say is it would be nice to have a message to say when the item will be delivered.

Excellent product, shipper could do better
Product is just what I needed and easy to order. And fortunately, it was well packed. The only issue did not have to do with company, but with the shipper - box had been dropped on its corner, deforming up to 1.5 inches of the outer box, inner box and the pulp liner which held the lamp. Fortunately, no damage was done to the lamp, but if it had dropped on the other corner there could have been damage.

A brilliant service
A brilliant service. Helpful and friendly people when I sent an e-mail. The parcel arrived very efficiently and I am over the moon with the StitchSmart 2 cross-stitch stand. Daylight are amazing and their stand is 100% great.

The product was good and once chased…
The product was good and once chased the delivery was good but I had difficulty in communicating with you when the delivery was delayed.
The telephone number was not answered and there was no answer machine
