Thanks for your review Tina, unfortunately we were hit really hard at the end of the summer by the Royal Mail strikes. I can see from our tracking that your hoodie was shipped on the 25th of August, only 3 days after you placed your order. Royal Mail however didn't manage to deliver it until the 9th of September.
It's a real shame this has warranted only 2 stars but I do understand your frustration with the unexpected 3rd party delivery delays.
The best service ever

Thanks for your review.
Unfortunately a couple of sizes of the product you ordered were affected by production delays which eventually resulted in the school choosing to switch to a new garment. As soon as the school had been through the selection process and had chosen the replacement, production started straight away. This did unfortunately impact some customer orders.
The clothes are good
The clothes are good. However, I felt like I had intruded on a conversation, that the lady wanted to get back to rather then deal with a customer

I'd really like to hear more on this, as this isn't an acceptable level of customer service - something we pride ourselves on.
I'd really appreciate it if you could call the shop on 01237 472283 and ask for Chris, or email me directly on hello@dawsclothing.co.uk so that I can look into this further.
