Dalbyfirewood Anmeldelser

The two men who delivered were beyond helpful, and managed to get the dumpy bags into the garage, so i didn't have to move the logs quite so far to stack. Logs are really uniform, and dry. Lovely to stack, and will be lovely to burn!

I have been ordering wood from Dalby firewood for a number of years now. They always deliver on time, have friendly staff and is a really good product.
Prices have really gone up this year though, hence the 4 and not 5 stars. I used to order the Gold Kiln Dried Ash Bulk Bag but will have to settle for a lower quality product this year!

I ordered a bulk bag of firewood which was easy to do on the website with a good range of information to be able to choose the best type and amount. Delivery was easy to arrange and it arrived within a few days of placing the order. The truck was able to place the bag on my drive with no fuss and with a friendly attitude.
All the logs were consistent sizes and excellent value compared to buying netted logs or from other local suppliers.

Great service, good quality logs

Really excellent wood, previously we have had ash but this time opted for the mixed size oak.
The delivery was exemplary with the driver placing the pallet exactly where we needed it.
Highly recommend!

Efficiently delivered, good quality logs and great value.

As usual Dalby provide a brilliant service and follow my instructions for delivery. I have used Dalby for two years now and there is never an issue with quality of product and customer service, and when you contact them with any queries they always polite. Thank you Dalby Firewood !!!!!

Have been ordering wood from Dalby firewood for a number of years, they always deliver on time, have friendly staff and is a really good product. Have purchased from other suppliers but Dalby are far better. I typically purchase the Ash which burns really well due to its moisture content being kiln dried. I would recommend giving Dalby a try. Thank you.

Arrived exactly on time stated . Great quality logs as always

Easy to order, lady was most helpful sorting a delivery date which was suitable. I was kept informed and it arrived before 9am on the scheduled day. Owing to ordering thin cuts the wood was easy to stack into wood storage. Top marks all round and will be ordering again when required. Keith

Great quality wood, fantastic delivery service. Would recommend.

Delivered on time as promised, nice logs as usual

The wood was delivered within a week of ordering. I was given 24 hours notice of the delivery. The wood is well seasoned and chunky! Would appreciate a bit more mixed cuts as very few thin logs which are needed to get the thicker logs going.

Quality service couldn’t fault it from order to delivery! The delivery driver was a bit grumpy.

Prompt delivery, excellent size of logs very dry with no damp rotten bits. Great value.

Communication always excellent i.e. from answering enquiries over the telephone to follow up emails etc. Dalby get in touch the day before delivery and give an 1/2 hour time slot and always arrive during that window. Mike, who delivered our wood was helpful and put the bags in the location that we asked him to.
The wood is excellent quality, so all in all we are very happy with Dalby.

excellent value for the volume of wood. Delivery with trolley to bring the wood down the driveway makes all the difference. Always reliable.

As always, timely, efficient, friendly and careful. Bags unloaded into garage area with minimal fuss. Thank you

The lady on the telephone is very pleasant and helpful; the wood arrived neatly packaged ,driver was a pleasant chap; wood arrived just a little late due to a hiccup but no problem; l have to axe a lot of the wood as my wood burner isn’t very deep, l guess mine is unusual. The wood looks to be first rate and l’m very pleased.

always pleased with the service and product, each year I order mid summer ready for winter and over the years have tried many of the tree/log types and what I like is they are always cut to a length that goes in the stove with no hassle or having to cut them down to size myself, delivery is always on time/day you have chosen, excellent service all round.
