I’ve been a loyal customer for years and have always been happy with my jewellery! If anything has ever gone wrong, customer service has been so helpful and rectified it right away. Big fan!

I came across Daisy London trying to find young, timeless, high quality rings for my daughter and found exactly that.
Based in Hatton Garden, the jewellery district in London, they shipped the rings in no time. All was beautifully packaged and delivered in a flash. Their customer service is unrivalled, responsive and no issue at all when I had to exchange the rings to a smaller size. My daughter loves the rings and the brand.

I bought the bracelet as a Christmas present.
The parcel was delivered by company DPD Local. why on earth you use this company they have 1 star reviews for their services.??!!! they have no work etic or responsibility. i was not at home when my parcel arrived so instead to leave in the save place i provided. they delivered the parcel to someone ells. and send me photo with someone's hand saying that they delivered it and it was received by me! what??? i was not at home ! i had to run around the area looking for my parcel. .luckily people are honest her and i got the parcel after so much troubles. and this been going on and on with the DPD Local. why on earth you use this company ?
the bracelet is ok. but not as beautiful as it looked on the photo. i wanted to exchange it, but i cant go through the same nightmare with the delivery services so I decided to keep it.

Daisy jewellery is luxurious. The designs are very cool, laid back, but with an edge. The quality, particularly of the gold plating, is of a very high standard and it doesn't taint or lose it's colour. I wear my jewellery everyday. I have bought earrings, bracelets and necklaces. Fair to say, I'm a huge fan!

I ordered the Engraved Geometric Band Ring Sterling Silver and the Ball & Bar Chunky Ring in Sterling Silver in June this year!

Charming collections with interesting designs, however the quality of production doesn't align with the price charged for them. I take great care of my ring and do not wear it everyday, and within a couple of months (around 6 months) it was completely discoloured. I emailed customer service on 28th May and never got an answer which is a bit disappointing.

More than helpful customer service experience. Lovely George was so helpful and understood my concerns completely. Made the whole occasion simple and stress free. Thankyou!

Honestly, I do not understand the good reviews for their production - their jewellery are super low quality and very overpriced for what they offer. I ordered a few items and was constantly very dissapointed - I think they have amazing marketing and photographers to make the products llook good (I ordered estee lalondes earrings and they are just maybe worth 8EUR instead of 65gbp they are charged for)

Probably my favourite jewellery company ever :) my mum buys me something from here for my birthday ever year, and despite how picky I usually am with stuff I wear, I can give her free reign on the Daisy website as I know I’ll love it and it’ll be good quality. Their jewellery has lasted me years and has kept in good nick throughout, despite the sun cream/hand cream/skincare I put it through! Slowly but surely filling up my jewellery box with Daisy and will continue to do so until it won’t all fit (at which point, I’ll just buy a bigger box!).
