Purchased a necklace from Daisy with ‘1975’ on for a special birthday and I cannot tell you how happy I am

Had a few questions and queries and George at Daisy was so helpful and answered my emails very promptly.
A company is only as good as its customer service and that’s why I would of given 10 stars 🌟

Amazing customer service. I ordered a ring that wasn’t the right size and George from the customer service team, was most helpful on the phone, explaining the full process for return/swap. I then sent and email and heard back the same day. I had a new ring within four days. Jewellery is very pretty and has lovely styles.

I am a long time customer of Daisy and love their jewellery not only that their customer service is outstanding. So friendly and helpful, on the (rare) occasions I’ve had any issues they have resolved the issue quickly. Absolutely faultless customer service - if only all companies had customer service like this. George in particular has been a star!

The boxes are just beautiful. Please make the blue one again.

It's not often these days you have to ask where to leave feedback. I'm often bombarded to review mediocre service, however, on this occasion, I didn't receive any prompts, but was so happy with the quality of customer service that I asked how I could share my experience. Not only do Daisy sell lovely jewellery, but their customer service are so efficient and helpful, it really adds to the experience. George responded to, and resolved my issue (after accidentally ordering the wrong product!) quickly and efficiently. I 100% recommend, and will purchase again from Daisy Jewellery. Thank you!

Apart from their great quality jewellery, their customer service is prompt & first class. I did not realise I had pressed order on a necklace I was looking at and the order went through. I emailed Daisy and explained how I genuinely pressed order by mistake. They immediately cancelled it and I got a full refund. Great customer experience, thank you.

I bought some lovely earrings, which unfortunately, weren't quite the right fit for my partner. However, Daisy was very accommodating and allowed a return with a full refund. I would definitely recommend buying from them.

The jewellery is stunningly beautiful and lasts incredibly well. I have worn my earrings and necklace by them religiously and consistently through all of life’s stresses for 3 years! I just ordered some rings for my partner and I, unfortunately there was a mistake with the shipping. Even though it was my error the customer service team went above and beyond to help me! George was so kind and attentive and solved my problem swiftly and productively!

Absolutely brilliant , the product is great and looks fabulous, the company are so helpful , I had an issue and emailed them , they responded within a day and sorted out the issue, will be buying all my jewellery gifts from here.
