The trousers they advertise are not the ones they sale. The front looks ok, but the back is baggy and unflattering. The material is very thin, so if you buy a light colour you can definitely see through it.
Save your money and buy better trousers somewhere else

Slow delivery, poor quality (order the beige and could see all the pocket lining) tried to arrange a refund and was told ‘as per T&Cs I was liable to cover postage, which must be tracked to the USA (min cost £25.00).

After waiting 18 days (although I paid for express delivery 2-3 days)
Chased it most days I had one reply they didn’t even know where it was. My trousers arrived today. Terrible quality and wouldn’t even fit my 2yr old child.

Extremely low quality and product not as advertising - do not buy! Do not buy! This product is extremely low quality. The material is cheap, it is completely see-through and you can see the inner pockets straight through the material when you are wearing them. The back is completely different to pictured, the images show a structured waist, it is actually a cheap elastic waistband. My pants arrived with lots of loose threads sticking out of two different seams which could not be easily pulled through. I contacted their customer service to ask for a refund and they said it's not worth sending it back as I'd have to pay for shipping to the UK and instead they would refund 10%. Not good enough - this product is defective and is entirely different to what is advertised - false adverting - do not purchase!

Trousers are stinky and aren't high waisted as advertised. Took ages to arrive. Can't return as cost to send to US is same as the cost of thr trousers, they don't make it clear on their website and customer service ignore complaints

Biggest scam ever!! I ordered 2 pairs of trousers which arrived but were absolutely awful quality and also didn’t say what material they were made from. I emailed Daisy Grace to say the items were faulty and not up to an acceptable quality and after many back and forth emails I was told I could either exchange them or pay £38 to return them to America. I said to them if the items came from China why am I returning them to America and also the address on my package actually came from the UK!! After this they stopped reply to my emails so I opened a dispute with my bank and suddenly I get an email from Victoria at their ‘fraud prevention’ team telling me they will be taking legal action and that I will ruin my life if I don’t cancel the dispute because they’ll send a debt collection agency to my address and I could get a criminal record. As soon as I went back and told them they are actually breaking UK trading standards and I’d reported them they immediately backtracked and said they wanted to sort this amicably but couldn’t help me until I cancelled the chargeback (do not fall for this) then stopped replying to me again. They did try to dispute the chargeback but my bank counteracted this and said they had no right so I got a full refund and haven’t heard from them since. Do not let them scare you into doing what they want, they are breaking so many standards and need to be shut down!!

Was lured into buying two pair of pants via Instagram ads (over months). Finally bit and ordered. Took nearly 4 weeks to arrive (I get it, these are shipping from China), however the pants I received bore very little resemblance to those advertised. Strings, Sizing is way off, length is way off (I carefully measured all). They don't offer free returns (which I get, again - China), however was given the option of exchanging for another size or color. Opted to return. NOW the return address doesn't seem real and shipping to the UK will likely cost more than the two pants originally cost.

The clothes are shein clothes. It has no label and the quality is poor. They will not issue a refund.

I placed an order as I was looking for a pair of travel pants and thought these might work. The website states 4-12 days and I waited 21 days before writing into their help desk. A few days later, with no response from DaisyGrace, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Once I filed the dispute, "magically" an email arrives with shipping confirmation and then another email with tracking information. The pants arrive the next day.
I proceed to write the company, on the same support thread that has never been responded to, informing them that since they never replied to my inquiries and the package was so incredibly late, that I'd like to return the items I'd disputed.
They respond within hours threatening me. The best part is that this threatening email claims they will take legal action they don't even have the legal rights to take. It's a scare tactic and it's disgusting. Furthermore, they say they won't accept the return until I remove the dispute. So, I come to Trustpilot and it appears this company has a history of not returning customers money when they return the clothing.
As a business owner myself, I know the legalities and respond back telling them they've massively mishandled the situation, that I don't appreciate the threats (which they have no legal rights here, falsely claiming it will impact my credit and that they'll have to report me for fraud, yet there's no fraudulent activity on my part) and I inform them that the correct thing to do would have been to ASK me to work with them.
Next, a lady from their FraudPrevention emails me (again within hours - isn't it funny how they can't respond to support inquiries on missing items for days, but can respond to disputes within hours?!) telling me that she's sorry for all the issues however they can't proceed with sending me a return label until I remove the dispute. This is a lie and another tactic to get me to do what they want without them doing what is right.
Meanwhile, I'm showing all their emails and threats to my credit card company who is telling me NOT to remove the dispute and to also file with them for return protection.
I've again asked DaisyGrace to provide a return label and of course, they stop responding to me. If they don't provide one today, I'll return it to the address it was shipped from and retain shipping info for my own records.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. These aren't good business people, nor good people at all. They make baseless legal threats after they fail to deliver within double the claimed time frame, don't respond to support inquiries about the items you've ordered, and then think their scare tactics are justified when they simply FAIL all around as a business.

They can't do what they promise on their website, They refuse returns, if you read other reviews here they also apparently don't refund your money when you return an item, and they NEVER own up to their mistakes.

This is a company the FTC should fully research and shut down. It's one thing for a business to make a mistake, it's another to make repeated mistakes, then make baseless legal threats to customers whose support tickets you ignored!

This company is horrible! I ordered 2 pairs of trousers and the items displayed on their website are not the product they send you. When you dispute this with them they want you to cover the return international shipping charges. They are scammers and should be shut down.

I was scammed by Daisy Grace in July 2024. Every now and then, I pop in every month to write a review because I’ve been on Earth for two decades and Daisy Grace is the first company to scam me.

I remember the day the trousers arrived and I tried them on. My skin began to itch due to the poor quality. The trousers were transparent and did not flatter my body. I emailed to ask for a return and a refund. They told me to ship to the US when I bought from a UK website and that I was to fund the shipping cost.

I told them about how poor the quality of the trousers are and I need a refund. Ladies and gentlemen, this disgusting atrocious company, had the nerve to type in their email that, NIKE sells low quality clothing yet we buy it x3 of the price.

They threatened me with lawsuits to take down my review but thankfully Trustpilot themselves know Daisy Grace is a scam so they kept my reviews. I’m still waiting for these scammers to take me to court

Customer service is a joke asking you to pay shipping fee to send back to US when ordering in £GBP. Definitely a SCAM. No address written on their website how on earth I’d know from which part of the world you’re trading! Return policy is not genuine.

Trousers were too big so asked to return them, but having bought them in £GBP on a UK site, were told we had to ship them back to the US to get a refund!

Quality is alright. There is a waist band which wasn't in the ads, I never buy tailored pants with waist bands, my pants can't be done up as it's missing pieces to do up the pants. Very dissapointed and I bought 3 can't be bothered to send them back. Ads show more variety of pants but website had none.

I wish I had seen these reviews prior to me purchasing from them. They deserve ZERO stars!
I have not received my package and they keep giving me the run around saying to check with neighbors and to give it more time.

I have now filed a dispute with my credit card company and this so called business IMMEDIATELY sent me the nastiest email requesting me to contact the credit card company and ask to withdraw my dispute immediately or they will "have no choice but to pursue all means of reclaim to us including legal proceedings, reporting to authorities and debt collection agency". I am noticing they are also deleting some of these reviews.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs, believe me you're better off!

Awful company don't waste your money!
The trousers I bought came with damaged clasp and customer service had the audacity to say this was a design feature and the only reason for the second clasp was in case in the future I would want to use it! Silly me!
If you wish to return it the policy is so complicated and you cover any shipping fees !
Stay away from these overseas companies!

Poor quality. I wrote to start a return and have had to deal with a ridiculous back and forth, not accepting my request to return the pants. I say "I want to return the pants." They say, "Show us a picture." I send picture and say "I want to return pants." They say, "How about a different color?" And so on. I think they try to wear down the customer hoping you will swallow the cost rather than fight to return the item.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this business. Their return policy is intentionally vague, requiring customers to email for details instead of providing clear instructions upfront. What a surprise to find out that returns must be shipped internationally and you have to pay for it.

This lack of transparency feels like a deliberate attempt to discourage returns. It’s unfair, inconvenient, and downright unacceptable for a business.

I cannot recommend this company to anyone. If you value clear communication and fair policies, look elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration! See below their answer when I asked about how to return:

"As a small company, we are not able to offer pre-paid returns labels, as mentioned in our returns policy.
The cost of returning is to be covered by the customer, which can be more costly for international customers as our logistics and fulfillment are located overseas and must be tracked to ensure delivery".

This is a scam! Do not waste your money on their false advertising! No customer service, you cannot cancel, item is not as shown, you cannot return and sizing is not as stated and poor quality. No return address on package or name of company. No receipt in bag and no tag on pants.
