Great products, great service.

I ordered a ceramic portable heater which I was looking forward to using as soon as it arrived. However the screws were missing along with wall mountings. I emailed the company and there is a ticket system. Customer service is helpful. Heater was delivered quickly

Excellent product delivered quickly and carefully. Choosing and ordering were straightforward and easy.
Makes exceptionally good bread and dough. Many other recipes to try included in the booklet which has clear, easy to follow instructions.

Warranty of a dehumidifier voided as we were “powering it with an extension lead”. Apparently an extension lead can cause “unstable power supply”. Apart from being totally ridiculous on its face, the issue is the refrigerant has leaked out so their reasoning is rubbish. Avoid at all costs, the company don’t deserve to survive.

My 2.5 year old air fryer died. It was within the 3 year extended warranty in just 11 days I received a replacement. I was delighted with the speedy response,

I have wanted this kettle and toaster combo for ages (Sienna - Cream) but as my current ones were working fine I just couldn't justify buying new ones. Then Black Friday happened and the price was just too good to miss. Ordered online, really easy and delivery was quick, well packaged and the quality and look are great. Really happy with purchase.

I see there are a few disappointed customers, judging by the reviews.
Luckily for me, I have had a very positive experience with Daewoo, after reporting a fault with a toaster I purchased.
From start to finish, communications from Daewoo were prompt and courteous. The replacement process was completed within a week. I did not have the hassle of having to return the item and I now I have my replacement toaster.

Placed an order over 10 days ago and havent received it cant actually speak to anyone about it as there is no phone number dont get replies to emails either!!! Place is shocking

Purchased an oil radiator 2500w paid £49.99 on Monday 21/10/25 delivered Thursday has a 3 year warranty all great until packaging on top broken .on inspection a bracket is missing and there is slight damage to the side .odd as no damage to box no instructions I believe this has been out before .rang the customer care dept non existenent.put it in garage a struggle now they want me to take photos of the damage .all is on line no contact on phone ,will put up with damage unable to get my money back .scam company once they have your cash tough,3 year warranty it’s a joke only had it a day for a 75 year old can do without this hassle.

I was seeking to buy a mini-speaker to use at work. I had seen the Daewoo speaker and thought I'd find out a bit more.
The well laid out website and easy ordering was coupled with good communication about who would be delivering. The courier and delivery man were also very good.
The speaker arrived, well-packaged and easy to use.
In use the lights add to the lovely tone and ease of use.
I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I am still struggling to return the product to this date no one contacted me .

We bought the single induction hob Initially it must we expected it they a hob. But the control panel looks that it has been designed someone who does not cook or as even use a cooker or a hob in this planet we call Earth. For example the power setting is in watts, As I far as I know no other cooker uses watts it.t is temperature Celsius or fahrenheit or in the UK gas points The dasys fluctuates between power settings and times But the timer does not tell you what it is timing clearly has not been designed by a human being that cooks.

1iere et dernière fois que j'achète cette marque, sav déplorable, lave vaisselle jetable au bout d'1 an et demi d'utilisation...

Most amazing customer service - ever!
We needed a replacement kettle as a part had broken on ours. I contacted customer service late on a Thu night, they'd replied by the time I opened my emails on Fri morning, and we'd received a new kettle by Monday evening - absolutely outstanding. Thank you Daewoo!

Good value for the money and everything works well. When the kettle is quite full it does tend to vibrate a little.

Absolutely brilliant product so easy to use and get perfectly cooked food every time.
