They are a scam company affiliated with the scammers at WeBuyAnyPhone.
They set up a direct debit for a small amount in the hope that you won't notice!
How this company has not been done for fraud is beyond me!

Just to add, the company is a scam, I was fraudulently signed up for a direct debit

Scam in association with WeBuyAnyPhone who I have also left feedback on - please search the response I received which showed that they could not care less about my experience

The first I knew about my £6.95 monthly subscription was when the money went from my account, I didn't knowingly sign up for this (it was in some small print) and did not receive anything in writing to let me know

If this is reputable I’ll look forward to my £6.95 but doubt it

As others have said below. Scam direct debit, apparently from a recent transaction with webuyanyphone.com

Awful. I never approached this company, nor did I ever hear from them or speak to them or agree to a direct debit but they have somehow set up a direct debit on my bank account and have taken £6.95. I’ve now cancelled the direct debit.

Watch out! They sign you up for a direct debit subscription. I had to call my bank to recall and report via ActionFraud.

It took me some time to figure out who the company was and how they got my bank details. It was via webuyanyphone. If it had been clearer, I probably wouldn't have submitted a report! It felt like someone had scammed me. I’m not sure how legit the direct debit mandate is, as I don’t remember seeing a guarantee or clear customer opt-in.

It’s scam! As others I sold my phone to WeBuyAnyPhone and they passed my account information to CyberSentry Global without my consent! They then set up DD in my account and took £6.95 which fortunately I have noticed, cancelled and recalled! I will never use this company again!

Please don’t use webuyanyphone it’s a scam this company will set up a direct debit with cybersentey I’ve only just noticed, and I’ve had to call my bank and report it for fraud as I did not sign up to this it’s honestly such a joke.

To echo everyone else’s experiences here, this fraudulent misuse of bank details provided by a third party “partner offer”

I got a quote to sell a mobile phone to them (which I didn’t even go through with after reading all the reviews)

Despite this, they passed on my bank details to this provider who set up a direct debit without my permission!

I spotted it after checking my account, 2 payments later.
NEVER knew anything about it or even used a service.

This scam is explained and justified as “opt out”in reality it’s a TINY pre-ticked box at the very bottom of an online form.
Blink and you’d miss it as it’s that hidden!

NO follow up to confirm the DD is set up, no emails explaining about your new “free trial” or the service it is - virus protection software.

Thankfully it was spotted and my bank sorted it for me, good job as the organisations help line was very flippant and basically told me “you signed up to it!”

REPORT and flag don’t let these con merchants get away with this!!!

They attempted to scam me today . I spotted it immediately and it is now cancelled. Also will not be sending phone to WeScamanyone (aka Wwbuyanyphone).

Scam company. Sold a phone with “WeBuyAnyPhone” and was automatically enrolled in this after accepting a £5 offer. The product and direct debit are well hidden and aren’t too visible on the email. You are meant to not see it, so it’s 100% a scam. Please shut these guys down.

As with most of the reviewers my details were passed to this scam company and a direct debit was set up in my name, which thankfully I stopped. How they think they could be trusted to protect anyone is beyond me.

Sold a phone to webuyanyphone and they passed my details onto Cybersentry who started taking Monet from my account. This is a SCAM. Do not use this company.

I have no idea about this company. Googled them and saw all the comments about we buy any phone, I didn't even sell my phone to them but did make an enquiry, this has to be fraud! Avoid we buy any phone and cyber sentry

DO NOT sell your phone to webuyanyphone. I didnt complete the transaction and asked for my phone to be returned, and they still debited me £6.95 from my account with ZERO notification or communication.
