The service provided was detailed
The service provided was detailed and organised. After the completion the report came through in a couple of days which was amazing. The report was thorough and detailed making our minds up not to purchase the property. Very happy with the detail we received. We had the level 2 survey and it was great.

Professional & courteous
Every person I had contact with at CWH was professional and courteous. My report was delivered within a week of my survey, it was thorough and easy to interpret.

The Report that they produced on the property we wished to purchase
The Report that they produced on the property, we are hoping to buy, was very informative. Without it we would have been unaware of the actual amount of urgent work that actually needed doing to the property.
We paid for the ‘experts’ in their field to inspect the property and to produce reports.
These were sent, together with the survey, to the Sellers of the property, in order to renegotiate the selling price.
Highly recommend them.

RICS survey
Had a RICS survey carried out on a shared ownership property which was booked in within a week of enquiring. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and polite. The evaluation lasts 3 months and after this time frame they carry out a desk top valuation should you require one at no extra charge. Would recommend the company for a RICS survey.

We approached CWH after identifying a potential problem in a house we were buying and I’m so glad we did.
The service was professional, speaking with Phillip who was more than helpful and insightful throughout the process.
