Excellent service and comprehensive report
We are very happy with the service we received. The report is incredibly detailed, and Wayne was very easy to work with. He gave us a number of suggestions for resolving some of the issues he found, and made sure we understood every aspect of the report.

Vital survey
We were really pleased that we had the survey as Wayne's very detailed and comprehensive report pointed out potential problems with the roof and drains that we would have otherwise not been aware of . In the end we pulled out of the proposed purchase but without CWH's help we could have ended up wasting thousands of pounds .

Comprehensive, clear and well set-out report
We received a very well set-out and comprehensive level 2 RICS Homebuyer Survey for the house we're hoping to buy. CWH Surveyors were very thorough…. I was going to buy a bungalow that I knew demanded a lot of attention as it needed updating, however I was made aware that the roof needed to be re felted and chimney stack needed work too. After much deliberation we decided not to go ahead with the purchase. The roofer said the work he had done was fine…. But then he is going to say that!!! I think it is money well spent…. Certainly recommend CWH … from either reconsidering your purchase or renegotiating!!

We cannot stress enough how pleased we are that we used CWH Surveyors to provide us with a reliable and detailed report on a potential property.
The cost of the survey far outweighed the potential costs involved to repair and maintain the property had we decided to proceed with the purchase.
