CWH Surveyors is a team of RICS Chartered Surveyors providing expert, local property surveys and valuations across the East Midlands, West Midlands, Yorkshire, and East Anglia, including Norfolk and Cambridgeshire. Over the past five years we've helped more than 10,000 clients make confident, informed decisions about the properties they're buying, selling, or maintaining. We offer RICS Home Survey Level 2 for properties in reasonable condition, RICS Home Survey Level 3 for older, unusual, or heavily altered properties, and RICS Property Valuations for probate, divorce, Help to Buy, Right to Buy, and private sale purposes. We also provide expert witness property reports and work with a wide network of mortgage panel managers on behalf of corporate clients. Our surveyors are based locally in towns and cities including Nottingham, Leicester, Norfolk, Cambridge, and Grantham, which means the advice you get is grounded in genuine knowledge of the housing markets in your area — not a generic checklist. Clients consistently tell us that what sets us apart is the follow-through: clear communication before and after the survey, a phone call to talk through the findings, and reports that are thorough without being unnecessarily dense. Whether you require a Level 2 survey or a more detailed Level 3 Survey, we aim to give you a property-specific report delivered with clarity, so you know exactly what you're dealing with before you commit.
