Taking a photo is a pain
There is no useful need to need to take a photo of the front of the car to get cover.

I needed to get cover quickly, I was in bed, sorting the day ahead.

Instead I am expected to move cars. Back the vehicle out if a hedge, turn it round and take a photo.

No thanks. Other providers do t ask for this hassle.

Excellent. Easy to set up, be aware clearance won't happen until 9am. Impressively straightforward and simple. Updates on time of insurance cover remaining. Will definately use again. Loved it.

Very quick and easy, but when be being asked for a photo, I tried explaining that I was on route to pick the car up, but it must be ai because it couldn't understand and kept asking for the photo, apart from that a good service.

Needed help changing my reg over as i got a new reg on the same car. Wasn’t showing up in their system as its brand new and i needed to drive home. Tee changed it over for me as soon as i proved ownership. 10/10 customer service TEE YOU ARE AN ASSEST TO THE COMPANY. GIVE HER A RAISE

The website is ambiguous and hard to use. This company is dishonest and have no accountability. Consequently, I have contacted the FCA and made a formal complaint. Avoid these fraudsters.

So simple, easy to set up cover in advance, the whole process was simple and fantastic value for money.

I needed immediate cover to drive my new car away from the garage. When I phoned Churchill the additional quote onto my existing insurance was ridiculous. I wanted time to check what was available. I paid £32.95 for 5 days with Cuvva and was able to organise a better deal once home.

I think you need to give more limit for temporary insurance like one day or two days or one week

The process of getting set up and insured was smooth enough although there are a number of checks and camera based uploads to complete. These checks include a picture of the vehicle to be taken in a 15min window before the Insurance begins. Be aware that the app doesn’t adjust for BST so it requests the picture an hour later than it should which could invalidate the policy.
As always, the measure of any insurance company is in how they handle a claim which I didn’t have to do.
