I'm sure it is always savvy to purchase the 3 hour or 6 hours pricing. Well that is what I do anyway. It is a good idea to have a buffer, because the roads can unexpectedly throw a spanner in the works.

Cuvva totally got me out of a hole. It was simple to use and got 2days cover in the space of two hours, which included all the essential checks. Would highly recommend.

Simple and easy to get a quote and set up the temp insurance good price and the fact that it started from the time I took out the policy and finished at the same time on the final day and not midnight to midnight like some other providers will certainly use Cuvva again when I need temp insurance

Well to be honest I had a situation where I needed to find car insurance cover ASAP so I could get to a family emergency and a very good mate of mine recommended CUVVA he had used them himself and was very happy with the service easy and straight forward so I gave it a try and yes I was very happy and would definitely recommend CUVVA

Tortuous. Designed for the user of the car, not the owner (which they don’t tell you), so obtaining 6 hours of insurance for my son involved a lot of back and forth, ending in his licence but my selfie, so the pictures obviously didn’t match. Then a short time before insurance commencement, Cuvva wanted me to upload (their wording) a photo of the car, which I had anticipated and taken several earlier. But it then turned out that they would not accept an uploaded photo, but required a contemporaneous photo which didn’t upload. So I had to drive to different location to take and upload the photo - what a performance!

I took out temporary cover on my Pickup Truck at 7 o’clock in the morning. I provided a picture of the front of my truck as requested and drove to my destination The temporary cover run out at 10 o’clock in the morning and at 6:30 pm. They notified me to tell me if I had if I had a claim, I would not be insured because I had a modification on the front of the vehicle which was a bull bar why did they let me drive the vehicle when they’ve got a picture of the front of the vehicle? So the way I interpret this situation I wasn’t insured. I bought the vehicle seven years ago and that is the way I purchased it. I did not know that it was class as a modification. It’s a Pickup Truck. I will not be using this company again they are incompetent typical insurance company always looking for a loophole lucky I didn’t have a collision

I was getting a message saying I couldn’t be covered even though I have been using the app for years. I contacted the team and Tee reached out to me within minutes, they instantly found out that it was because I was not in the UK and it will work once I am back home. Incredibly fast response and super helpful. Thank you!!

Was having some issues with incorrect driving record clashing with other family members with the same name.

Live chat was quick however the first lady was not keen to help or make things easy, David who I was passed onto - figured it out and solved my issue to put me back on the road!

Other than that Cuvva has always been a great app to use with quick and easy user interface and fair pricing for short term use.

To make it clear on their advising, on the app that they only offer their product from age 19. This would saved me signing up, downloading the app, entering all details.
