I have to say this is a company I would have no problem recommending. Their service was exceptional. I ordered this mattress for my camper van, so size was unique and I ordered a 150x180. The sales team alerted me to the fact I’d ordered a 10cm depth and maybe a 15cm depth would be better and was still within the quoted price. Whilst they had my order on hold at this point, I phoned them saying that the delivery time was the most important thing to me. I ordered this on a Wednesday and really needed it by the following Friday (7 working days) as that was when I was going away. There projected time was Tuesday (4 working days) and so we agreed I’d pay an extra £25 to expedite it, just to be sure.
So I couldn’t have been more pleased when my mattress turned up on Saturday (way before the allocated time) and well within my time frame and DPD that gave me a 1 hr time slot, so everything was peachy!
As for the mattress it is sublime, to the point that now my friend is very happy about sharing the Campervan with me! So result.
Thank you so much. The mattress is great, fits well and we both feel we can have an excellent trip.

I contacted this company since I was in panic mode, I had ordered a bespoke bunk bed for my four year old daughter and I ordered the bespoke mattress from somewhere else, only to be let down. This meant my little girl would have no mattress. I contacted customSIZEBEDS and spoke to them, they were kind, courteous and very helpful. Needless to say the mattress got delivered sooner than I expected, It’s really comfy and my daughter loves it. I will recommend them a 1000% to anyone who wants an exceptionally good mattress and great service. Thank you Gavin and the team. you made my daughter a really happy little girl!

It's great to have a company who can do made to measure mattresses. We needed one to fit our refurbished campervan which was not a regular size.
We sent off the measurements to Customsize beds via their on line service which was so easy to do. The mattress arrived vacuum wrapped within a week or so of ordering and we were delighted at the depth and quality.
It's very comfortable to sleep on and we are now looking forward to many trips away, knowing we have a comfy bed to sleep on.

We have a Sterling Cruach Ben Lomond 4 birth with a fixed dinette. We turned the dinette into a fixed bed. We contacted CSB to see if they could make a mattress for us. We could not be happier with the results. The precision and fit are absolutely perfect. The quality is outstanding. If you need a bespoke mattress made, I highly recommend this company. We needed a specialist mattress for our customer built VW crafter with curves and cut outs . Custom sized beds fitted the bill perfectly with a top quality product and choice. Excellent customer service and advice . Can definitely recommend these guys for your camper build .

The customer service team were great talking me through the measurement specifications..which helped by the specialist drawing design of the different mattress shapes…when the mattress came it fitted perfectly on our caravan and the texture of the memory foam feels amazing i can’t wait to sleep on it….

Perfect Bed for my Campervan.

The process was easy, I sent over a rough sketch in my initial email. I later received a phone call, where they explained the different price options and thickness'.
I then supplied a more detailed drawing as my campervan has many angles. Nothing was a problem. We confirmed all this via email and a few calls. The process only took a few days and the mattress was delivered about 10 days from initial contact. Then mattress is perfect and sooooo comfy. Its actually better than my bed at home!

Fantastic experience using this company, really helpful on the phone getting us to the right product for us. Mattress is very comfortable. Delivered a week earlier than expected, very well packaged.

After years of trying to sleep on multiple cushions pushed together in our caravan — and waking up with sore backs more often than not — we finally decided it was time for a proper made‑to‑measure mattress. The measuring instructions on the website were really clear and easy to follow, which took all the stress out of getting the size right.

The mattress arrived quickly, communication throughout was excellent, and most importantly, it fits absolutely perfectly. The difference in comfort is unbelievable. Here’s to many comfortable, restful nights in the caravan.

They were super helpful. I chose this business as the reviews were really great and they more than lived up to them. I got plenty of help and advice. They were responsive without being pushy and made sure they knew and I got exactly what I wanted.

The mattress is a dream to sleep on! So comfy, I used to wake every morning with a bad back but that doesn't happen at all it's the perfect fit. I went for vertical split and it's super simple to put away every day, I thought I'd find it a faff but as it's zipped it's really used to flip it over and is so worth it as it's super king size.

I'd never bought a new mattress in my life and am so glad I splashed out with this one! Couldn't recommend more highly!

From my first phone call to final delivery the service really impressed. Gavin and Myles gave well-informed advice to ensure the mattress would match its irregular frame in our motor home and it's a perfect fit. We haven't slept on it yet but the feel and look are luxurious and really inviting. We're confident it will transform our frequent camping trips!

Had a bit of trouble getting the right mattress firmness initially, but this has since been rectified and I'm now very pleased with the end result and the helpfulness of the staff.

The whole experience from initial contact through to delivery was handled very professionally. Useful advice and tips enabled us to select the correct mattress for our needs and the guidance on measuring for non-standard sizes was thorough. All in all a good business to deal with.

Wow! What a mattress! We ordered a custom size mattress for our narrowboat last October. I thought I would wait a while before reviewing. We are both extremely happy with it. We both have different types of back issues and hip and knee issues too and we've found the mattress to be amazingly comfortable. For the first 2 months infact we found it hard to get anything done because we just kept going back to bed to lie down to ease our pain. Highly recommend, we also bought 2 x fitted sheets which fit perfectly and are very well made and extremely good quality. Myles was very friendly and great to do business with, not at all pushy but full of good advice to help us choose the correct density for our needs, which we really appreciated.

We’ve been looking for a super king mattress for a long time. We tried some of the brands advertised online and didn’t get on with the comfort.

Ordered the best one on offer and have to say that I couldn’t be happier with the product, the service and the delivery! First class service from a friendly team. Would highly recommend!
