Customer service was very helpful
Customer service was very helpful, since I was disappointed all my old info did not copy over from my original company that they bought. She helped me with my order and it arrived on time as promised.

Unable to update image/file after uploading before production. No pre-production approval or confirmation, just once and done. Price was good, but what I received was unusable.
Was contacted by the company and they took my two suggestions to update their ordering process. Kudos for reaching out.

I ordered clear stickers
Edit: after reading my review, manager approached me via email with an apology for their mistake and processed my exact order. I received it today. They are perfect. Thank you very much.
I ordered clear stickers. I got white background but before this order, I ordered before this, got it perfectly. But very affordable price.

Very Disappointing
I placed an order through ASI- but not even the Customer Service rep knew...your website no longer converts an ASI order into a Custom Genie order.
When I finally received the sample order I paid for; it was GOLD instead of the SILVER I ordered. I lost Weeks of time to get the order placed properly, only to receive something I couldn't even send to my client.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry for the frustration you experienced with your order. The confusion around the ASI integration and receiving the incorrect color is not the experience we want for our customers.
I’m glad our team was able to connect with you, resolve the issue, and provide a credit toward your future order. We also took your feedback seriously and are reviewing both our ordering process and internal communication to prevent this from happening again.
We appreciate the opportunity to make this right and hope to deliver a much smoother experience on your next order. If there is anything else you need, feel free to reach out directly.

Just what I ordered and quick and easy
Ordering was quick and easy, the package arrived quickly and I love my new pens.
Also, I love that I did not have to buy a huge quantity. On a lot of sites you have to buy a minimum of 100. I needed less than 20.

I still haven't received my product and it was a time sensitive order. I also never received an actual proof or a reply about a proof. Assuming this group has purchased Name Badges International, but all of our company history is gone and we have no way of ensuring the products match what we've had in the past - very disappointing

Great custom pens
Pens work well! The custom logo looks exactly as it did when I designed it on the site. I was a bit worried at first because they don't give an estimate arrival for shipping. But it arrived very timely.

Quality control is non existent.
I made sure all my decals are perfectly aligned. They all came misaligned. I put in a remake request, they came back on the wrong stock and they were misaligned yet again. I ordered multiple sheets of the same decal, they are aligned differently on each sheet. Some of them float on the same sheet. This has been an ongoing issue. Extremely frustrated, and done ordering from these guys.
*Update*
I was contacted in reference to my review. Jessica from Custom Genie asked if I would like a refund or decals. She assured me they would be looked over to ensure they are centered as I laid them out. Once again they came misaligned. Decals on the same sheet were misaligned differently too. The decals in the vertical center of the sheet were perfectly centered, the ones on the right float to the left and the ones on the left float to the right. I ordered two sheet of ybis particular design. On the second sheet none were centered and they all floated down. Definitely a them problem and they can't fix it. Stickers International was an infinitely better company. I would give 0 stars if I could.
