Such a fun gift!
So fun! I was hesitant to order because I’ve never ordered something like this. I went for it and wasn’t disappointed. Just as their site stated, they sent update photos every step of the project to make sure it met my expectations. I would definitely recommend!

I couldn’t be happier with the service and quality of the bobbleheads I ordered. The morning after placing my order, I received an email with product proofs—talk about fast! Does not resemble the person
The bobblehead did not look like the person when it arrived/ very disappointed as it was a gift. Expensive for the outcome.

Drawback was delay in coming through LA customs thanks to the Cheeto in charge here in US. Still got within 2 weeks.

Excellent communication; total satisfaction
Excellent communication. I was pretty picky and they made numerous changes to the designs until I was 100% satisfied. Chris went way over and above to make sure I was thoroughly happy. Bobbleheads arrived quickly and in perfect condition. And wow. I don't know how they do that, but it is amazing. Dead ringers for my adult Dodger fan kiddos. Can't wait for Christmas morning!

I ordered an item as a gift for someone. I provided a photograph and filled out the required information. This company and the artist. Constantly each step of the design way to ask me if it was acceptable, and if there were any changes, I wanted to make. It was very professional, and I fully intend to use them again. For the value I receive for the price I paid on the personal attention, I can’t imagine another company being better than this one. I wanted to find a good likeness of our kids for this project. CBUS did an incredible job. Our proofs were ready within days. We went with the custom full body bobble heads. The details were spot on. I placed my custom order with a photo on a Sunday with a few questions to ask and by Monday morning I had received a response with a photo asking me if I approved what they had done at that point. Everyday for the next 3 days I received an email asking if I approved what had been completed. Oops! I forgot to mention the craftsmanship was phenomenal! Amazing job eveyone
