The Cushie double sofa in the color I originally ordered was not dispatched when it was scheduled to be and Cushie was not able to provide a new dispatch date for my sofa. Accordingly, I changed my order to a sleeper chair in order to receive it sooner. While the customer service representative I communicated with was excellent, I still wish I would have received the item I ordered initially. The Cushie chair is a nice item, however it does not work in the corner of my office as I had hoped it would because the back of the chair is not attached to the base and it has to be placed against a wall in order for it to stay in place. The arm rests also do not stay in place. Cushie could have improved this item by attaching the arm and back rests with Velcro. Because the arm and back rests move, the chair is not overly comfortable to sit in. I have not slept in it so cannot comment on its comfort as a bed.

Easy to set up, and pretty comfy for a bed that is folded in half. Fits perfectly in the kids play room.

This is my second purchase, because this is a great product. Only gave 4 stars because apparently the arms are not coming for two more months. Not a huge deal in the grand scheme of life.

I wish there had been more online photos of the sofa alone (not with people on it), I may have chosen the other model. I chose the modular version and it’s okay but not really comfortable and the backrest falls off when you lean on it. Also the color selection was disappointing. I really wanted a tan color but I settled for blue. The mattress is great though.

Delivery and communication have been very challenging. Ordered in May and only received half of the couch in late July. Hoping for the other half to arrive in September.

I am enjoying my new Cushie in the office space of my home. I sit on it to read through paperwork. I hope that it will also be a great place to sleep when I have more guests than one guest-room full - but I haven't tried sleeping on it yet. Order fullfilment was great. One comment - I wish the arms had a little piece of velcro on the bottom to keep them from falling off all of the time. I knock them off constantly, and I wish there was something to keep them in place when using the couch as a couch rather than a bed. I like the sage green color a lot.

Marvin in customer service is exceptional! We started out a bit rocky but ended up getting everything sorted out. The sleeper sofa was put in our RV and it’s a huge upgrade in comfort from the terrible RV furniture.

Not great, not terrible. It probably won’t last longer than 3 years. Super easy to put together but came in three different packages and not on the same day so I thought I was missing a piece. It then showed up the next day. Communication is slow and not great. Shipping was 2.5 weeks late after promise date. I wrote to them several times and they eventually got back me to 4-5 days later. Cushions aren’t soft or cozy but the material does seems like it will hold up with animals and kids. Seems stain resistant. Esthetically it’s nice looking and will work for our spare bedroom for guests.

Order was delayed multiple times, but finally was delivered. The sofa is just not supportive or comfortable. When I sit on either side of the cushion, there's not enough edge support, so I lean toward that side. When I sit in the middle of the cushion it feels like I'm falling forward rather than toward the backrest. The cover material is not nice to touch. It's clean but feels greasy in a way. I've asked for a refund but am getting no response more than a week after Cushie said they had forwarded my request to the product team for review.

Order was accurate and we received it very quickly. I ordered the chair which turns into a twin bed. I have not slept on it yet but tested it out and it seems like it will be ok for a night or two. Love that it fits into my spare room with taking up too much space.

couch is attractive and easy to assemble, but not nearly as comfortable to sit on as i had hoped. The word "snuggle" is rather deceptive. also, it slumps downward when sat upon. And there was extreme outgassing it would have been helpful to prepare for even with ventilation

It was easy to put together and it is comfortable. However, it didn't ship when it was supposed to per the website. A label wasn't even printed until a sent a message checking in on it until over a week later.

The sleeper chair looks cheap and is not comfortable. It’s held together by Velcro and a few screws. I’ve been sleeping on it and it’s not comfortable, it dips on the creases.

Overall happy with the purchase, the convenience to fold into bed and back to couch is quick and easy. The mattress very firm, I may need a mattress topper. I got this for my studio apartment.

I am completely satisfied with my Cushie products. They were very easy to assemble, and my grandchildren absolutely love them.
If I had one criticism, it would be the delivery process. The order arrived in three separate shipments over two days, so at first I thought one of the pieces had been lost. However, when I contacted customer service, they were very helpful and quickly explained the situation.
Overall, it was only a minor inconvenience, and I am very happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend Cushie products.

Sofa is not supportive and is very uncomfortable

Love the sofa. I like to sleep on it more than my bed because it is so comfy. the only issue i have is that the sofa tends to slide forward from my wall and the pieces move apart easily.

Arrived on time, though sofa did come in three different boxes that arrived on different days. I wish that had been a bit clearer when I purchased, but otherwise delivery was smooth and easy.
