Wish I'd done my research before ordering my swimsuits. I'm still waiting for mine to arrive, and not even shipped yet after over 10 days!!

Ordered swimwear to small, they seem to be playing exactly the same game with refunding , despite T&CS .
They owe me over £60, several emails later they are upto to £30.00; I require the full amount, I am not their way of making a buck.
Also not USA, it is from China.
But the package arrived very quickly ?.
Will go to Google and apprise that they are allowing this company to advertise.

Many emails backwards forwards etc.
I am still awaiting a refund.
The intention to deprive and breach of contract and standard of goods - I would advise anyone to avoid this company.
I usually make a thorough check before purchasing goods. This advert slipped between Yours and another well known brand.
So it gave rise to being okay.
Google need to reasses who they allow to advertise.
And Curvy she needs to pay my refund as agreed contractually.
AVOID CURVY SHE AT ALL COST. Still awaiting contact from Curveyshe; so now going into the realms of theft.
AVOID CURVYSHE unless you don't mind giving your money away.

I have been waiting almost 2 months for a damm pair of shorts I bought from them I have never received the item and I have reached out to them multiple times and they just ignore me. DO NOT buy from them. Sketchy asf.

Never ever had this problem before ! They refuse ti give a refund …first I was offered £5 and keep a swimsuit that is of no use to me! The sizing list is not correct!
So after 12 emails I have accepted £15 refund as I no longer have to will to carry on a battle !
They say it would be expensive to return …only one warehouse in USA ….well I steamed the label off and its actually from China !!
Terrible company !

I purchased 4 swimsuits for a choice. They took over two weeks to be delivered. They are not good quality - which is a great pity because they are a great design.

I have been in contact with them about returning the items for a full refund. They initially offered me £8 against a £54 spend, I refused and said that was an insult. They have now offered me half of the money back.

Although they are a .Co.uk website they are based in the US and don't want me to return the jtems

I have now informed them that I have disputed the payment with my credit card company as the goods were sin standard and they refuse to refund me the full amount. I have quoted my consumer rights to them now too.

brought two swimsuits that were of poor quality and did not fit, i asked for a returns address 7 times and still have not been given one. was offered 7 pounds of 50 pounds and then 50% of, i said no please give me the address to return them and they then made out they were in the USA. this is untrue as the courier is a UK courier service. i am now going to my credit card for a charge back. scammers and awful company do not buy from them.

Received my item but It was very poor quality, very shell suity. More like a thin bin bag. Meant to be a size 22 but was more like a 16. Then when i asked to refund they have point blank refused and used the excuse they only have one warehouse in USA and i should keep the product and they'll give me £5 !!!! . Obviously I'm trying to fight it right now and I've been bumped to £10 refund . I'm disgusted. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

shipping of the bikini I ordered was very slow, arriving too late for my holiday. when I tried to return it they said I had to ship it back to USA but it was sent from the within the UK ! they were very awkward and following email correspondence I was offered £6.00 compensation, then £10.00, then £15.00 !! absolutely exasperating experience, I definitely would NOT recommend this company !

After 2 weeks and no goods and then reading on Trust Pilot about customers not receiving refunds for returned goods I contacted Curvyshe requesting for my order to be cancelled and for a refund. I received an apologetic email stating that my unfulfilled order would be refunded. I am pleased to say that 3 days later I have received my refund in full.

Can somebody tell me how to get in touch with this company please. I’ve tried the email they suggested and to no avail. Any tips please ?

Ordered a tankini and it was rather small. They offered me an £8 refund and keep it. What good is it wen it doesn’t fit. Very disappointed in this company even though I ordered the size I normally wear. Won’t be bothering again. S. Dawson.

I requested their return details (should have been red flag 🚩) as I was going to inevitably return some items as I had ordered a few of the same in different sizes. They have refused to refund me stating I should give the ones that don’t fit to “friends or relatives”. They’ve continued to avoid giving me their returns details so I’ll be stuck with costumes I don’t want and £130 down. I should have known better to trust this company, they’re a scamming company who will do anything to take your money and not give it back. Avoid!! 🚩🚩🚩🚩

Absolute sham company.
I brought a bikini it cost £60 it doesn’t fit so I’ve started the return process. They offered me a £9 refund and I can keep the useless bikini. I declined this offer they have now offered me £15. I’ve now told them I want a full refund and I will return the bikini but they haven’t responded. I’m beginning to think I’ve been scammed

I have had the same experience as everyone else who has written a review of this company, so just don't buy anything from them and report them to trading standards.

Beware. This company trades under multiple names. Do not even consider purchasing from them. They are a complete scam. I am out of pocket to the tune of over £130. You live and learn....

Ordered a swimsuit BEFORE looking at reviews! After not hearing from them for over a week I chased my order asking when it would be despatched to be told one half of order out of stock but other half had been sent. They offered to refund for out of stock item. I chased 3 times and in the end they magically ‘intercepted’ my parcel to stop it being shipped and said they would refund me the whole amount. 2 days later the money appeared back in my bank account. So I therefore have to give them credit for doing that eventually but I would not buy a thing from them again

I have asked three times for a refund and noone has replied.
I am now sending a letter from the consumer rights department.
They just take money and the quality not as expected.

Do not use this company! The sizing is dreadful. If you want to return any items, you will have trouble getting your money back. They do reply quickly, to make several refund offers of 6%, 20%,40% plus 20 % off next purchase etc. The reason given is due to cost of postage back to America (I believe the company itself may be China). The best you will be offered is to keep the item that you do not want and 50% back, but does not include refund of postage. I have had the same email address for years (as long as I can remember) and never received junk emails. Ever since having dealings with this company, I get a constant stream of junk emails. I would unsubscribe from them, but am concerned about clicking on the links as I do know if they are from reputable companies or scams

I placed an order not realising how bad the company was. The order took about 2 weeks to arrive and when I received them, none of them were any good. When I looked for the return process on their website, it advised to email them which I thought was odd straight away. They came back asking why I wanted to return which I explained. Another email then offering me a £16 refund for the £71 order! When I replied refusing again, I was left with a wall of silence. Short of harassing them with emails which I am still doing, I’ve had to give in and tell them I want a £40 refund and will not take any less. Still leaving me out of pocket, which I am fuming about in this day when everyone is struggling for money. Still waiting for refund, please do not use this company. I thought I was good at noticing scam companies but obviously not.

I placed an order before reading there reviews.Big mistake…….
The reviews are so bad I cancelled my order within 10 minutes of placing it!!
I sent another email 2 days later as I had not heard anything and was told that my order had been dispatched and there was nothing they could do. I reiterated the fact that I had cancelled my order well within the cancellation period and I wanted my £51.00 refunding ASAP. The goods arrived and I asked to return them and refund my money as it was there error for sending them.
I have been offered £9.00 and been told I can keep the goods or give them to charity/friends !!! I have emailed again and again for my refund and asked again for the return address. I have been told that it would not benefit me to return the goods as I have to return it to the USA but they still won’t give me the address address, so they have now offered me £12.00 to which I have told them no I want my full refund. Now I have been told £20.00 is the best they can do and it’s their final offer!!!!!! I am now on my 13th email. I have been trying to get my money back since the 23/9/22.
