The subscription service is fantastic. It allows me to purchase curlsmith products at a marked down price. The frequency of delivery is fully customizable to my needs. I can skip a shipment, cancel and change products. All the products are superb for curly hair.

The service was excellent. I received my hairspray in a couple of days. The hairspray is the best! I've been buying it for a few years. It's the only hairspray that I use.

Perfect and specific for unique hair types.
It’s taking me a long time, I’m 55, to find the right product for my unique hair type.

Exchange of a product not liked.
I purchased a product I was not fond of. It was too think and couldn't run my fingers thru my hair to loosen the curls. I chatted with Mae and she did an awesome job of getting me a product that was awesome, air dry! We exchanged items and she sent me a usps prepaid return. Another reason to purchase their products!

I took the quiz to find out my hair type and when the products arrived they worked well for my hair. Ive used curlsmith products for a few years now, I've tried a few different shampoos and styling products and have now found what is perfect for my hair.

Great product with consistent use
The density elixir is a great product. It really does work,but you have to be consistent. I use it 5 nights a week and my hair is thicker and there is hardly any hair falling out when I comb or brush my hair. It helps with hair growth also.

Curlsmith doesn't warn customers of upcoming subscription order shipments..…
This is the only company I do subscription business with that doesn't give the customer an opportunity to change or delay their order before sending it. Most companies will send the customer an email prior to shipping the order to warn of an upcoming autoship delivery with a link to revise the order or delay it. Curlsmith doesn't send that warning letter. That is why I cancelled all my subscriptions with Curlsmith

We can see that these emails were successfully sent to your address; however, there’s no “read” confirmation on our end. We recommend checking your spam or promotions folder, just in case they were filtered there.

Disappointed
Disappointed. I purchased a bottle of their unscented shampoo as I was struggling with my other one from another company making me itch. It doesn’t lather at all and isn’t suitable for fine curls leaving a heavy, oily layer over my hair.
