Much less frizz!
Curlsmith has taken care of my excessively frizzy hair. With only fragrance free shampoo, conditioner and leave-in conditioner, my hair feels soft and much less frizzy. I wish I had more fragrance free choices for styling products. It's a bit expensive for my fixed income so I hope I can find the $ to continue to buy these products.

I asked for a subscription order to be cancelled within hours of the order.
No reply until the order was shipped. I heard back on that day to advise it cant be cancelled but that I could refuse the package.
I did so and emailed proof of my refusal in the same day.
Still havent heard back in order four days and I chased twice.
Really disappointing service.

Strong scent
The product said fragrance free but the scent was very strong. It may have been free of chemical fragrance but not natural fragrances. The label was misleading. Disappointed, I was unable to use it. However, Curlsmith honored their refund policy and my refund was handled quickly and efficiently.

I’ve checked your order, and it was shipped on Wednesday, October 1st, 2025. It looks like there’s been a delay within the carrier network, which is unfortunately outside of our control, but I completely understand the inconvenience.
I like the quality of your products
I like the quality of your products. I have fine, thin, wavy hair that is dyed. I choose to straighten my hair with a blowout followed by Velcro rollers to cut down on the amount of heat used on my hair. Most of your products seem to be for getting the most out of the natural curls and waves. So using them for my purpose isn't the right fit. I've tried them on wet hair followed by my same routine but they don't give the boost I'm looking for. I just purchased the Flawless Finish Hairspray and after the first use, I believe this will be a great product for me. It says to use on wet hair but it worked fine on my dry styled hair. I'm hoping it keeps my style intact.

I'm just starting to try out your products - I have quite a few to try now (with trial sizes & samples also). It will take me some time - I guess - to know what works on my gray/white and wavy hair. Looking towards the protein products first - but I don't wash my hair very often either.

I love the products only thing I didn’t…
I love the products only thing I didn’t like was the packaging. The pump on the conditioner is broken. They need to improve on that. Also the seal on the other product was slightly coming off. I don’t think it was tampered with but not a good look though.

I have tried various curly shampoos and CurlSmith makes an obvious difference AND smells divine! However, I think they should introduce a refillable option. It makes me sad to buy a big plastic bottle every month or two.

Disappointing
I used Curl Smith years ago while living in Florida,and loved it .I live in Arizona now and I did not like it at all. After using your product my hair looked &felt 100X's frizzier, brittle and lost all shine.
Needless to say that I was EXTREMELY disappointed. I honestly want my money back.

I’ve never encountered any issues getting questions answered, this includes product usage. They take their product and customers seriously and it shows. I left one specific curly hair product because it was a one size fits all mentality. Thank goodnes! I’ve been using Curlsmith and will never leave.

After receiving a reply from Curlsmith (via trustpilot, with no direct response or way to contact company) I not only stand by the below review, but, if I could, I'd lower the stars to zero.
Seriously, DO NOT buy from this company as they have the worst imaginable customer service!
I received an item that I did not know was on subscription & didn't want. Also, I never received advance notice that the item was being sent, something every other company does. I tried to contact curlsmith & there is no phone number. I went on the chat, it told me it couldn't help me. Then I asked it to have someone call me & it said it couldn't do that either. Worst customer service ever. Wouldn't recommend you to anyone.
