Curchods were diligent and professional in the sale of the property. We had difficult buyers whose offers fell apart and they carried on marketing with dedication. Special mention should go to Caitlin who negotiated the sale on our behalf and to Sally who once the offer was concrete worked tirelessly to complete the sale and get it over the line. Thank you to you all including Owen for his wise advice and to Declan for dealing with a stressed seller! I highly recommend Curchods if you are selling a property in Shepperton.

From the start, everything was professionally handled in a very friendly way. We were pleased with the marketing, great photos and description of our house. It has been a difficult market over the period but Churchods kept in contact with us and we were well advised at critical points that resulted in our achieving asking price.
Always available on the end of a phone or email. We needed to carry out some surveys on the new property and Jemima was always on hand to organise access.

We asked Curchods in West byfleet to sell my mother's house. They were very proactive in finding us a buyer who to be honest is perfect. From Marketing to offer only took 10 days. Even though our sale and purchase was fairly straightforward there were other aspects of the chain which proved challenging. Throughout all of it up to and beyond exchange everyone was professional, easily approachable and very patient as at times it did become quite stressful. We were selling Dad‘s house after he had passed away so already not an easy process for us. From the first moment Owen arrived until the completion date everything went very smoothly and all the staff at the office were more than helpful. from the start they were very quick to get viewings and found a buyer for us within the first week!. They were very accommodating to myself and my siblings. Our buyers needed to enter the property a few times for measuring up et cetera and Curchods were always willing to help. We used a solicitor recommended by Owen and this also went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend Owen and his team. Sally at the office was extremely helpful and kept in contact especially towards exchange with as much information as she could get for us. It is always helpful when the estate agents are so willing to be involved with getting answers when it can sometimes be difficult to contact solicitors. Exceptional professional and friendly service throughout with constant communication - booking in every viewing before confirming with an email, and providing feedback after every viewing. I lost a buyer in the process but then my property went straight back on the market the next day with 13 house viewings booked within the week! The team really pulled together to get my sale and purchase across the line and were active the whole time (talking to all parties, including solictors when needed, mine, my buyers and onward purchase) and didn't make me feel like just another customer.
