Everything worked out perfectly. The hotels were perfect, the transportation was perfect and the tours were perfect. I would definitely use Cultural Italy again and I would recommend them to friends and family. We asked for an upscale, personalized tour of Italy and we got it.

Our guide, Laura, was exceptional. We had 2 grandchildren with us ages 13 and 10 and Laura was great at engaging them in the museums and palaces we visited. It made our travel to Florence on of our best ever.

Thoroughly enjoyed working with Franca and Fiorella. Hotels, guided tours and wine tastings they arranged for us were all excellent. Everything was very well organized. Will absolutely use them for our next trip to Italy. Grazie mille.

I honestly wish Cultural Italy operated in all of Europe! They created an itinerary with just the right amount of activities and ensured that the activities fit our needs. Moreover the companies they contract with are fabulous and just what we were looking for. Considering all that we were able to do, it was for a very reasonable price too!

The other added benefit is they have people on the ground in Italy, so that in the unlikely event anything goes wrong you can reach them right away and they can handle everything. We had an unfortunate incident with one of our hotels in Rome and they were able to fix it quickly and professionally. They even had a bottle of champagne waiting for us at our next hotel.

We cannot rave enough about Cultural Italy. When we go back to Italy, we will certainly use them again and do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Amazing vacation! Cultural Italy did a great job booking our tours, hotels, and transportation. High quality all around and it was so easy to follow the tour itinerary. Vacation perfection!

Alessia and Cultural Italy have been fantastic in meeting the needs of our family for our recent trip. Our party of 10 traveled throughout Sicily, to Naples and the Amalfi Coast, and on to Rome ... requiring extensive coordination throughout. Our accommodations included assistance with air, rail and ground transportation, as well as private tours and a (fabulous!) cooking class in Sorrento. Alessia was cheerfully available to help resolve the only problems we encountered - navigating the car rental counter in Sicily without a translator (!), and handling a missed flight connection in Rome.

Actually, the best review I can provide is: for this, our second trip to Italy, we chose to work again with Alessia and Cultural Italy.

I would’ve given 5 stars because everything was as we expected and perfect from our arrival in Italy. The only downside was during the planning phase our travel agent seemed a little disorganized which made the planning part a little frustrating but in the end she nailed it. Truthfully some of the frustration may have been due to cultural communication differences. I would definitely use them again for planning a trip to Italy.

Emanuela was wonderful to work with! Our trip (Naples, Capri and the Almafi Coast out of Sorrento) went without a single problem. We have, and will continue to, recommend them to all our friends.

My wife and I, plus friends have use Roberta’s services many times, and have never had one problem. She knows the places and sights that you should see. She will also work with you so you can customize your own trip. Our last to two trips, see arranged drivers for us, and that was the way to go!! Always on time, very friendly, and they know where their going!!! Great peace of mind.

Working with Emmanuela was so easy and she was wonderful at puttinf together all the things we asked for, even including many things we didn’t know about that the kids absolutely loved such as the mask making in Venice, gladiator school, evening tour of the Colosseum! She made great suggestions and included downtime for us to do our own thing! She thought of everything even making our last day relaxing in Sorrento / Positano before we left. We experienced sooo much more of Italy in 2 weeks without feeling rushed or exhausted. We started in Venice to Florence to Rome to sorrento and saw Pisa & Pompeii as well. I highly recommend cultural Italy! Tell them what you’d like to see and do and the time you have and they make it work!

Roberta did a wonderful job. We were very happy with our trip. We had the services to and from places to guide us. This made it so easy for us.

My friend and I decided to do a girl’s trip to Italy and started to do some research online. After answering a few questions and briefly describing what we were looking to do, we were contacted by our travel designer Martina. After one or two quick email exchanges she came back to us with a draft itinerary. We had one change...add another day!!
She did a fantastic job planning out our itinerary. The hotels and location were perfect as were the balance of the days and activities. We hiked the Cinque Terre, had a private wine tasting and took a cooking class which were all awesome!
Our trip was amazing, we cannot say enough about how wonderful everything was!
