False advertising. Horrible customer service. Never ever buying anything from this company again.

I am upset I didn’t read these reviews before purchase.. well the shoes look really beautiful, however after only few times, the sole under the heel was raptured. I tried to mend them, the master said it was impossible, because they have specific round rubber sole for the heel he couldn’t replace with anything. I asked the customer support to send me extra soles to mend it, ( let alone the fact, that luxury brands usually put extra sole without demand, just in case), so the team told me they don’t have any extra soles, but instead can accept shoes and give me full refund. I agreed, and received my refund. I would recommend them to put some extra soles for heel given this problem.

I ordered shoes from Cult Gaia, had never worn them, tried them on yesterday & walked around in my house. The shoes squeaked sooooo bad it was awful!! The shoes were way too expensive to squeak period! They sent me an email saying I could return, when I clicked on the link it said I was outside the 14 day return policy. If an expensive shoe squeaks the first time you walk around in them, there is a flaw in the shoe!! You at least allow the customer to get something different or the same product that’s not flawed! This is awful & need to be rectified.

This brand doesn’t even deserve the one star I’m forced to give it. The owner/founder supports ethnicity-based violence and discrimination. Also, apparently from reading the other reviews, it seems more like a scam than a real fashion brand. Apparently has terrible quality items and even worse customer service. Will probably fail soon, but until then - avoid avoid avoid!

Overpriced tacky and bad quality materials. I would never recommend this brand to anyone who has worked hard for their money. Also just learnt that the owner believes that Palestinian lives are worthless which is absolutely disgusting and despicable.

They sent me the wrong dress and I just had to shut up. Furthermore I’ve bought a pair of shoes and had them one just once before they broke...

OMG! I am an avid online shopper and have never experienced a website that has no transparency on their returns. I can see that other shopper s have had similar experiences. This is my first time writing a review ( had to sign up for it) as I want to warn other people.
1. They don’t actually have returns information easily found on website
2. They tell you afterwards that international orders marked final sale cannot be returned even though when I received the order it was nt marked final sale
3. They say that you can return orders by express post
4. The only website I know of that does nt allow for returns are pre loved consignment which this is clearly not
5 other websites net a porter, OUTNET, farfetch, my Theresa, moda Operandi, Shopbop, iconic, ASOS , sense, 21s, YOOX , even boutique website all have return policies.

This is definitely not worth shopping at. Although the items seem nice.. they re not all that and the experience has led me to not want to purchase these products again from any website!!!!!!

Set up notifications for the rhinestone ark bag when it was restocked, got an email that 1 was available, ordered, and then didnt hear anything from them for nearly an entire month. Apparently I had preordered it and the bag wouldnt be in stock for a month, so it arrived over a month later than it should have with zero communication until I finally contacted customer service through chat. I wouldn't have ordered it if I knew I was going to need to wait more than a month for it to arrive.

It only gets worse because when the tracking info did show up and the package was marked as delivered, I could not find it anywhere. Not on my porch or in my mailbox or with my neighbors, so I contacted customer service and they told me to talk to UPS and they could tell me "exactly where on the porch it was". My porch is a 4 foot wide concrete slab. I doubt I need more clarification as to where on the porch the package should be. They have been non-communicative and wildly unhelpful, DON'T shop from them unless you are 100000% confident in what you are ordering because if you need assistance you will not get it :)

Let me start off by saying I usually do not write reviews but my experience with Cult Gaia was above expectation. I am absolutely in LOVE with Cult Gaia! From their unique bags/clothes to their custom Service -they are second to none. I ordered the Sarita dress in Amber and the quality was amazing and the dress was stunning. I ordered size XS and it fit like a glove. I received my items super fast and the packaging was super clean. I have ordered previously and ordered the wrong size and the customer service was extremely helpful in returning it to get the correct size. Thank you Cult Gaia for quality clothing and customer service- I am a forever customer.

Cult Gaia's customer service is very impressive. They responded so quickly, politely and with such clear communication! I had my bag break because I dropped it (I'm stupid) and they responded within 20 min, not kidding. This was by far the fastest response I had resolved my complaint, ever. Not to mention, I am stunned by their amazing styles, I got stopped at least six times asking where my dress was from in one night. This was my first order with Cult Gaia, but definitely not my last.

Being London based I was originally apprehensive after seeing reviews about UK returns issues. This could not have been more wrong, I had absolutely no issues after returning a summer dress I bought for a cancelled wedding (Covid life!). It was an incredibly easy process and customer service could not have been more lovely, and very quick to respond!

Cult Gaia has beautiful style and a superb customer service team. Keep it coming! We want more!

Cult Gaia is currently one of my top favorite brands to shop with!! Not only they have the cutest, most stylish items, their wonderful customer service and staff are the icing on the cake. Such a unique brand!

This brand doesn’t worth people’s money and time. It is absolutely disrespectful, rude brand, which doesn’t want to take responsibilities for their mistakes and poor services. They send their clothes in dirty packages, it is not very hygienic and comfortable to try these clothes on.

The items, which will be purchased on sale, won’t be refunded even if they have a poor quality and the clothes look not as seen in pictures. The clothes, which they sell on their website, don’t look and feel in reality as seen in photos. The quality of materials is very cheap. And this brand doesn’t take responsibility for their dissatisfying services and products. I wish that this brand and people who work there would start to respect people and provide good quality clothes with responsible and respectful services.

I purchased a top and pants from Cult Gaia and when they came they were bigger than my usual xxs size. The problem is when I tried to return it, it then states that my item is final sale however when I purchased it, that was not the case. I had the idea that I would be able to return it as I would not purchase something that I cannot return esp when it's my first time buying from this brand (not familiar with sizing). They have duped me into buying a top that was not a final sale on their website but upon returning it, they have changed it to "final sale" which is eligible to be returned. I am now stuck with a top that is not of my size. Farfetch is is selling Cult Gaia top at a much lesser amount ($129 with another 15% off) while I paid $168 which was their "final sale". A very unfair practice I would be taking legal action if it's not because of Covid. Do not buy from this company - they will scam you alive.

just got my eos box bag, it's everything I have been looking for: chill, fun, and most importantly unique! thumbs up!

This is the worst company do not order from them bought a 400.00 bag that had many damages on the handle was told their baf come with slight imperfection sent the bag back this company had the nerves to charge me $9.82 return fee this was a mothers day gift i was inconvenienced they where not sorry didnt offer any thing im so upset i wish im able to post the pics and emails smh #WARNING do not order the itmes are over priced.

Beautiful pieces, it’d just be nice to receive items without damage. Everytime I order (and even other customers) the items are scratched and/or in not the best condition. A person would think that with such prices , the items would be flawless, but they’re not. They’re always, always damaged. It’s horrid.

AWFUL!!!! They DO NOT CARE about customers in the UK. Please do not order from this company. They offer and promote free delivery to entice UK custom then you realize that when it comes to returns, they have NO FACILITY at all for you to return goods. On top, they will confirm that you will have to pay all the US taxes and pay to send items back to the USA out of your own pocket!! They then confirm that its in the T&C;s. A premium company selling premium goods with no returns facility for the UK??!!! I will never order from them again. Stuck with over 250.00 worth of bag and costs of over 120.00 to return with taxes and duties. DO NOT ORDER FROM THE COMPANY IF BASED IN THE UK. DISGUSTING SERVICE.

Worst experience ever ordering directly from Cult Gaia.
The dresses are beautiful and use to buy them in London . Order one dress for a present to my friend in NY. She never received it and she have 24/7 porter and never anything been missing . I contacted cult gaia customer service and they respond ones a week !!!
The response was basically that they are not responsible for not delivering to me my order and it’s on their web site !!!

Dear Cult Gaia team , in Europe we expect different customer service and approach to your clients!!! And definitely we expect to receive our orders !!
