I asked my brother who live in State to order Hera nano bag for me month ago via their website and now i just got the bag and unpack it.

Everything brand new.. except the crystal tear apart on the side like almost 2 inches !!! Terrible quality, unimpressive

noted: don’t forget to open and check your stuff when you got package. due to their return policy it was over 7days and i live overseas so can’t do anything but find a way to fix it or just use my Chanel and leave it 😤

Tried using a 10% off coupon for signing up. Spent over 45 minutes with a customer support agent who essentially told me the coupon doesn't work on anything in "New" or "Core" collections. Turns out pretty much everything is either New or Core. What a waste of time. I feel like they're running a scam with a bogus coupon and they dupe their customers. I bought the item on Bloomingdales for $125 less!

Horrible customer service. I ordered 3 dresses to try on and return and the return policy as stated in their website is 14 days since delivery receipt and the software they use is mistaken because I'm within the 14 day window. The specific items on the product page has a section for returns and it doesn't say anything on the product page either specifying when it has to be returned!

UPDATE: After calling the in-person store to escalate my situation to corporate, i got my emails addressed and got a shipping return label for my items. Not having numbers and such a tight return window is crazy because they are not speedy in their response

Terrible customer service, no guarantee on when your items will ever arrive. Ridiculous return policy, only 7 days from when your item arrived and you will be charged for return shipping. The shipping they charge is also inflated, I ship things all the time so I know what rates are from UPS, USPS and FedEx. They charged me $12 to ship from Los Angeles to Hesperia! This brand is such a scam.

Be warned, if you absolutely need an item from this brand buy it from Nordstroms or Bloomingdales, it may cost more but they are able to guarantee shipping more effectively and have better return policies. With the shipping Cult Gaia charges and their stupid 10% coupon not applicable to most items you’re not really saving money by shipping on their website directly.

Once you place an order on CG’s website you CANNOT cancel it, don’t even bother shopping online with them.

Like the other reviews, I ordered a dress over two months ago and I have yet to recieve it. So you know, they cannot, and I quote, "Guarantee delivery dates." SO keep that in mind when ordering ANYTHING. I have asked for updates multiple times from them and they have not been transparent about their shipment policies. Its sad because I love their look and their clothings, but how can you run a sustainable business when you cannot guarantee shipment dates? Insanity. Telling all of my friends now that wedding season is coming up to shop elsewhere.

I bought a cult gaia clutch and the nails got unscrewed so now the clutch is ruined and want to take it to the shop but they will not accept it because i bought it from an online website/dept.store.

The product is nice but the presentation was terrible. They delete the bad comments you leave on their fb page. Good packaging is only for influencers

DO NOT EVER MAKE A PURCHASE FROM CULT GAIA!

I made an order for a bag on their website. At the time of purchase, there was no mention of the item being a pre-order anywhere. Then come the email confirmation, I never got one but I noticed my card was charged right away. One month later, I contacted customer support to inquire about my purchase order and to cancel it because it’s been 1 month (I did not know it was a pre-order because it didn’t say when I placed the order, and there was no email to let me know). I was told that it was a preorder so I couldn’t cancel it per the company’s policy. But my problem was that this is their policy REGARDLESS of whose fault that is. In this case, it’s clearly theirs but their customer support insisted that they do show a pre-order status on their website.
I attempted to place another order of the same page as I was chatting with the rep, and sent them a screenshot showing that it didn’t say anywhere about the preorder. They didn’t answer my question, of course and kept insisting they can’t do anything.

I want to make sure I got my evidence saved up so I asked if I could get a chat history and the rep said no, because I didn’t enter my email address at the beginning of the chat but I didn’t remember it asking me. I then tried on a different browser making sure it wasn’t my fault either and sure enough, there’s no where for you to enter your email prior to the chat.

The point is: they are not customer focused. They try to get your money as best as they can and refuse to accommodate even in situations when it’s clearly their fault.

I will be warning everyone I know of this bad business.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I returned an item because it was too small. There was no smaller size on offer so I could not opt for an exchange. After chasing for weeks for my refund I was eventually informed that the item had been returned to me due to being worn and washed. I had never worn the item (other than to try it on) and had never washed it.

The worst company !! Worst customer service. They never respond. Once you purchase you can't return it .Don't ever purchase anything from this company !!!
I have emailed them like 10 times try to make a return next day of the delivery they just not responding and there is no option to return

I purchased a dress during a promotion. 3 weeks passed with no updates so I eventually emailed them asking for an update. 3 days later they emailed me to say the dress was out of stock. I told them it was insane to sell me an out of stock dress in the first place, much less to inform me 3 weeks after it was already paid for. Very poorly managed supply chain and customer service.

Horrible experience - I ordered two pairs of the exact same style and size pants from Cult Gaia, in different colors. One pair fit me well while the other pant (despite being the exact same size & model) is huge and has a completely different fabric. Also, the two pants have completely different fabrics, as if they are a completely different model.

I contacted their customer support to return the defective pair and have been completely ignored by their customer service team (in their chat and by email) for weeks. I've sent multiple messages and no one has ever responded.

Do not purchase from this company: the customer service is horrendous, and honestly the clothes are cheaply made and not worth the money. Feels more like a scam than a legit company, wouldn't be surprised if they go bust soon!

Im not one to leave reviews but... to warn others. Quality is awful and probably one of the worst return/ exchange policies i've ever experienced. If you are outside the US, don't bother purchasing anything directly from their website.

Absolutely bad quality! I worn Yvette sandals for 4 times and looking very bad already! For a 400 euros shoes is outrageous! I emailed them and they said is normal! 😯Anormal is someone to buy from this brand!

I recently put in an order for my wife for Christmas and I paid for it and a week later they decided that they can’t ship to my address because I’m deployed United States Military and I have an FPO address. I have sent multiple emails with no response. Then I finally talk to someone in online chat and they tell me to wait for tracking number and I never received it ! Then the night before Christmas I get an email telling me to provide another address because they are unable to ship to my address but no reason why! There is no disclaimer that says on there site that they do not ship to FPO addresses.

I was nervous after reading some of these reviews, but I actually had a good experience with Cult Gaia. First of all they have beautiful fashion if it's your style. I ordered two sizes of the same item for my wife to try on. When I went to return the wrong size item the website said it was outside their 14-day return window. I contacted a rep through the chat who allowed the return as a one-time courtesy. I thought this was reasonable and now I know the return policy. BTW, looking on the website the return policy is not hard to find. Thanks!

I’ve purchased a few dresses bags and shoes. I was very happy although a little expensive. The last dress I purchased was for my Italy trip. I packed it and then in Italy when I opened it the dress was nowhere what the website showed. I came home from Italy I emailed them because I was over the time frame for returns they would not acknowledge me at all. Didn’t matter how much I’ve spent in the past or giving courtesy to a loyal customer. All I wanted was an exchange for a different dress. I will no longer be ordering from them.

I stumbled upon the brand while looking for a clutch for my father's funeral. I fell absolutely in love with their pieces and ordered their clutch via express shipping. The clutch was delivered broken, i contacted their customer service who sent me a label and told me their returns were processed 5-7 business days. I tried to explain that it was for my fathers funeral which was occurring in a few days and I needed the replacement asap. I was asked to place another order pay for it and that's it. Very bad experience which happened at the worst time!!

Very disappointing first experience!!!

I was supposed to receive my order 3 weeks ago, it never arrived and I can not get their customer service to respond to my emails checking in on my order
