Always extremely helpful and knowledgeable, Top guys, top place.

After visiting numerous well-known tile shops, we visited CTD where we found a great selection of tiles at good prices and had much helpful advice from Terry and Martin.

Helpful staff. Dealt with William for my order. Product is very good and happy am with the job now finished.

Popped in today to buy some silicone for a flooring job we are carrying out and wanted to match closely. The 4 gentlemen I saw were all polite and helpful and pointed me in the correct way and showed me a colour sheet to match. Will go back very helpful thank you

I was so impressed with the knowledge and advice given by the stuff at the Poole, Dorset showroom,
My need was to replace an old damaged bathroom tile, while it wasn’t held by CTD, every effort was made to help me source the repair tiles I had hoped for.
Finally I would really recommend the service they offer the customer

Visited many tile shops but ctd tiles was up there, kind friendly helpful staff, will definitely be using these guys for future projects.

Staff here are brilliant , but the new owners are going to run this place into the ground if they don't stop putting price rises on products , floor flex now £20 ex vat. This is a joke . You should be looking after trade as we are a large part of your income, ontop of sending customers your way.. already looking elsewhere for better prices as well as several other tilers I know.

We visited CTD tiles today to get some silicone sealant that was used in our bathroom.Even though they did not stock what we wanted,they were very helpful and the polite gentleman knew where we could obtain it from and he phoned them to make sure they had the items required in stock.You were so helpful and polite.Will definetly use CTD tiles again.

I initially chose CTD tiles after seeing some lovely designs on the website. When I visited the showroom in Poole, the staff were incredibly helpful in suggesting colours and shapes to match my new kitchen and went out of their way to help me choose appropriate sample tiles. When I finally made my choice and ordered online, the staff had remembered my preferences in the shop and called me to correct my order (I had mistakenly chosen the wrong colour). The tiles were ready to collect a number of days before the predicted time. I'm delighted with the excellent service and support in person and on the phone from the CTD Tiles Poole team and CTD head office staff via email. Thank you!
