Out the right tiles I needed.

They were really helpful in helping me find tiles I liked for my bathroom project. Then they kept the price they'd quoted me originally, even though prices had risen in the meantime. When I collected the tiles, they loaded them into my car.
Special thanks for Kam who was so helpful and friendly throughout.

Cam and CTD was so helpful. I purchased some tiles before Christmas and he called to let me know when the shop was closing and they were happy to keep my order for collection after Christmas. I recently returned to CTD Tiles in Coulsdon to source several products urgently required for a job. The team were extremely efficient, polite and provided excellent service throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend CTD Tiles and will certainly return for any future material requirements.

Used CTD for our bathroom tiles in May 2025 - Kam was brilliant - tiles received but few were broken - extra tiles ordered and sorted . All good . Visited again on Saturday for tiles for 2nd bathroom - excellent service once again. Highly recommend .

Cameron was so welcoming and friendly. Very knowledgeable and gave us some practical and excellent advice, plus a brilliant service.

We over ordered some of our main tiles, but Cameron was happy for us to return the unopened boxes.

We have stupidly used this company twice the first time we had to wait 14 days for tiles that were meant to be sent in 2 days. I had to chase and call everyday until they arrived.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt and to be fair I had to go with them again as the tiles had to match tue first order, this time I spoke to the branch manager I ordered the tiles nearly £3000 worth sent the money via online payment as they don’t take payment over the phone, then waited for my tiles….. and waited sent an email waited a bit longer, I called them 10 days later to be told sorry they had sold the tiles I had ordered and payed for to someone else and they now don’t have any in stock!

I’ve had account with these guys for years, today I visited the Coulsdon branch and it reminded me why I use this supplier. The 2 guys were great and I felt the natural urge to leave an honest review. Thanks for the business.

Have made numerous purchases from this supplier, always found them to be reasonably priced and well stocked. Good customer service and courteous staff.

I have visited CTD Tiles in Coulsdon a few times for my tiles, they are helpful and always ready to give advice. No quibble on return of tiles when job was finished. Excellent choice of tiles. I never go elsewhere.

CTD were extremely helpful with every aspect of the choosing, ordering and supplying of my wall and floor tiles, including everything needed for the fitment. The staff were very knowledgeable and informative during the whole process , calling me to update delivery details when required. Great choice and really experienced hell in the shop.Delivery was quick and although it says the delivery was only kerbside the driver was so helpful and put them in my garage.
Overall a great company to deal with,shame there aren't more like them.
