Ray the depot manager is always avaliable to help and has so much knowledge . All the staff are amazing and go above and beyind with me as a trader and all my customers. My account manager Aiden rings me every month to ensure all us going to plan. Juliette , Tara, Sam and Harry all are so friendly.

What a lovely experience we had choosing a new bathroom at Clifton Trade Bathroom Birkenhead. We were guided by the fabulous Jamie who helped us choose a stunning walk in shower and bathroom. He explained everything fully making us feel at ease and understood everything. We were offered refreshments whilst choosing our bathroom and he listened to our needs and gave knowledgable advice about the products we were purchasing, then putting our ideas onto a computer and showed us the finished bathroom once completed. I’ve been a bathroom fitter for many years and started using Clifton’s branch in Solihull about five years ago — and I’m so glad I made the switch.

I mainly deal with Eden and Jordan, and they’re both fantastic. They have an excellent understanding of what’s needed to get a bathroom project completed smoothly, and they’re always willing to help resolve any issues, often going the extra mile to make sure everything runs perfectly.

All the staff at the branch are friendly and polite, which makes every visit a pleasure. They even go as far as delivering smaller items directly to site, allowing me to keep working without interruptions.

Their products are top quality, and I’m always happy to recommend them to all of my customers.

Just been to see Sam at Clifton bathrooms for some advice planning our new bathroom and he designed it from top to bottom with everything we needed for the job, he explained everything in detail and came up with some fantastic ideas, we got some excellent quality products, brilliant work Sam, A+++++

I have used Clifton Bathrooms in Shirley for a few years now and been more than satisfied with the service they provide. I have built up a great relationship with my account manager Eden and branch manager Pete. They have got to know me and my business to make their service as sooth as possible.

Whilst refurbishing a lot of bathrooms over the years you naturally come across a few issues with a mix up or damaged items. However this has never caused me to lose a days work as Eden or Pete have always replaced the items the same day and delivering it to site.
I recommend Clifton to all of my customers, who are also very happy with the service they have received.

I recently visited Clifton Bathrooms in Cheltenham and was genuinely impressed by how helpful and friendly the staff were. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcome and took the time to understand what I was looking for. Their knowledge and advice made the whole process much easier, and nothing ever felt rushed or pushy. Great customer service from start to finish – I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Brilliant service from Jack, always happy to help me and sends over quotes and images for things i need with ideas too. Prices very reasonable compared to other suppliers.
Nothing is a problem and all the team are always so polite and happy to help. Thanks to John too for working around my timescale with delivery.

It’s not unusual for home improvement projects to go wrong. The challenge is getting them fixed. Hats off to John Worthington of Clifton Trade Bathrooms though. He stepped in when there was a small flurry of issues with the fittings and fixtures supplied for my new bathroom. He stepped in and got everything sorted. He was understanding and gracious. Most importantly he was 100% focused on getting everything sorted in a timely fashion. He wanted me to be happy. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you John.
