Had a lot of high hopes for this place after a recomendation from our builder (who in the end did’t turn out to be great either). Had a positive experience ordering in the ashton showroom and the staff member Jade was very helpful. However now the bathroom is installed the items seem really cheap and have not had a great time with them. The shower was faulty as kept dripping and the lever went too far round, which the builder did manage to get replaced, but it seemed to be a universal fault with that unit as it had to be re-ordered straight from the manufacturor as all the other units in the local area had been returned with the same issue. The new lever handle falls off every few days and you constantly have to tighten it. The taps we have feel really cheap, flimsy and seem to rattle around, aswell as the flusher on the toilet. The handle on the door has fallen off three times but it not easy to refit by ourselves as whenever you screw it back in the screw retracts into itself meaning the builder has to come out and fiddle about with it to get it back. When it happened for a third time I contacted clifton to use the warranty and try and get a replacement or a different handle altogether, but have heard nothing back. Just overall really disappointed in the quality.

We visited the store in Leicester, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful and we left a few hours later with a gorgeous bathroom and were very happy with the price. We were on a budget but were flexible and the staff were amazing. Highly recommended and thanks for the coffee and bovril!

My shower had a problem where the water started leaking through the ceiling, plumber suggested contacting the supplier where I bought it from to get a replacement valve and thermostat. I purchased it from Clifton Leeds in 2018. When I rang up Clifton I spoke to Paul who was so helpful and went out of his way to get me a replacement part.

I can’t thank Paul enough, and would highly recommend him and the service at Clifton Thanks Paul.

This company has a great range of options for style and budget. The staff are fantastically knowledgeable and friendly. In fact I would go to say it was one of the best customer service experiences I have had. They absolutely know their products and support you to ensure you get what you need for the job. What I liked is that there is no hard sell, just genuine good advice. Compared to other bathroom showrooms I visited around the time of my build it was the best. Save your time and energy and visit here first when refitting a bathroom.

My visit to the showroom was welcoming with a very friendly team who went out their way to make sure I was happy I could not recommend them enough. I visited a few in Hemel Hempstead and came away with nothing and just in the off chance I walked into Clifton and got everything I was thrilled and great quality too for a great price.

Visited the Birkenhead store as my contractor recommended them for my new bathroom.
I have to admit I had no idea on design or the suite I needed. Luckily I was in the safe hands of Nicole who was patient and went through all the options and listened to all my concerns and questions.
Overall it was such a great experience. The manager of the store also made me feel very welcome and was on hand for any further information. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic planning service from Aiden at the Altrincham store. Warm welcome from all staff and Aiden was really knowledgable and patient with me and my massive wish list. Good range on site with some great quality products. Looking forward to moving things forward with my builder soon.

Couldn’t recommend Nottingham depot (Queens Park) enough, Amy is always really helpful and deals with me and my customers as well as sorts out any issues we might have. Matt has helped out a few of my mates setting up accounts and got them really good deals. Thanks guys!!

If you want exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Cliftons. After buying shower, flooring, tiles and other shower room furniture, we were very happy with the service provided throughout fitting, including after service.
