I cannot recommend Crystal Auras enough. I am saddened to see that one low vibe person (very clear it’s the same person) is making fake profiles and leaving false one star reviews. This person is hiding behind a screen like a coward, is extremely sad and jealous and should be ashamed of themselves. If you think leaving fake reviews will stop Crystal Auras or impact Nyree in any way, you should think again. Nyree does everything she can for every single customer, her crystals are the highest quality and Crystal Auras offers some of the best customer service I have ever experienced . You don’t deserve this Nyree, if I could leave more then 5 stars I would! ❤️❤️

Nyree is a fantastic educator on not only crystals & their properties, but the ethics surrounding them. She takes the time to go into everything from energies to Feng Shui & positioning.

I have been purchasing from Crystal Auras for almost 3 years and have always received the highest quality crystals and top service from the whole team. Every member of the team go out of their way however Matt, Justyna and Katie have been amazing during these busy hectic days while a Tucson.

I have managed to pick up stunning pieces from home that i have wanted for years and this, i would never have been able to do unless i travelled to Tucson myself.

Shopping experience on lives are always different for those that are first getting used to it however i have always found the team nothing but supportive and fair both during and after the live.

I have been purchasing from Nyree and Crystal Auras for almost two years. They are the kindest team with crystal selections that have the highest energy. I am in the US and will happily wait for it to be shipped from the UK because their quality and pricing is the most ethical, fair, and beautiful that I have found. Wonderful people and a wonderful small business. I have learned so much from Nyree. She's amazing and so is her team.

What can I say about Nyree, Matt and their lovely team. They sell amazing sustainable crystals, jewellery and so much more and their customer service is excellent. I have bought online and bought from the Leicester studio and always been so happy with my purchases. Nyree has a true passion for what she does and
this is why she has built such a successful business. I won’t ever shop anywhere else now for crystals as I love their ethics here.

I’ve been a CA customer for over a year and appreciate the ethically sourced products and the educational content during Instagram live sales. However, the lives often include excessive off-topic commentary, making it slow to actually see the items for sale.

I also find Nyree’s attitude uncomfortable at times—particularly comments that come across as belittling toward her partner and disparaging toward other crystal sellers, while simultaneously claiming to support them. This contradiction feels unprofessional and detracts from the experience.

During the recent Tucson live sales, this behavior escalated. A situation involving a disappointed customer given advice re stock levels of an item they wanted but had been beaten to several times, was, in my opinion, blown out of proportion. This resulted in another customer being blocked and pointed remarks made toward others for watching different live sales from the same booth.

The high-pressure “panic claiming” during these lives also makes it difficult to make thoughtful purchases. For these reasons, I won’t be buying from CA’s live sales again, despite valuing the products themselves.

There are other live sellers with access to the same products to buy from.

Crystal Auras is hands down one of the most trustworthy and ethical crystal businesses I’ve come across. The depth of knowledge here is truly second to none—Nyree is a phenomenal educator who clearly understands crystals on a level that goes far beyond surface knowledge.
What really sets Crystal Auras apart, though, is how genuine Nyree is. You can feel her true love and respect for crystals, miners and her sources in everything she does. This isn’t about trends or profit—it’s about integrity, energy, and doing things the right way.

When Nyree announced she was visiting Tuscon to do an international live sale I was over the moon.. especially as my previous experience of an international live with them has been nothing but positive! Nyree is someone I fully trust when it comes to sourcing materials from one of the largest events in the world. Nyree & Matt have worked so hard to accommodate our shopping requests which resulted in myself purchasing two beautifully carved Ganesh pendants…and more! Nyree takes her time to check quality, give information about the mineral and where it’s from and researches extensively to provide information which helps me to make better informed choices when buying. Nyree’s team are exceptional and always go above and beyond to accommodate… I have only praise for Nyree and the Crystal Auras team.. and if you are looking for a company that delivers live sales in the right way this is the company I would highly recommend!

I’m not sure how many years I’ve been with Crystal Auras, it goes back to the cabin days. I’ve always enjoyed Nyree’s lives and crystals. I’ve adopted several statement piece from her and have no doubt I’ll get more. Nyree always records her lives to protect herself and her clientele, she’s recorded them since the first day she started her CA journey! Its difficult to find any other sellers in the UK who save any let alone every live. Nyree from day one has stuck to her goal, she really hasn’t deviated from that. Tucson has been a blast, each live has been truly magnificent. It’s been a joy being part of the CA community for so many years, I’m in it for the long haul!

Crystal Auras LIVE shows over the last 10 days in Tuscon have been epic. Excellent pieces at great prices. The prices are a reflection on the crystals being ethically sourced and supporting the artisans, the cottage miners and local families.

If you are new to Crystal Auras, please do not take notice of the negative reviewers, especially over the last 2 days. It's a shame that it's written by jealous and greedy competitors and disgruntled people, who aren't aware that there own actions are a reflection of the negative karma zooming towards them.

Luckily for me I found Crystalauras in Dec 2021 and made my first purchase, I havent purchased from anyone else since. Some reasons for this are how they are completely transparent, they ethically source the crystals, can tell you exactly where they are mined, the miners/families, they do fair margin pricing and know the whole journey of these crystals, which is evident due to the amazing energies each crystal has. The continuous education Nyree shares is amazing. This is why I still purchase from them and always will. They're the kindest, selfless people too.

Last night’s live on Instagram was a wonderful experience. I got to learn about some amazing crystals that I have never seen before. The live was held at another vendors location in Mineral City at the Tucson gem show. That vendor talked about how he works directly with the miners and how he, like Nyree strives to ensure that the miners are paid fairly. Crystal Auras is a wonderful business that I am extremely grateful to have found. The crystals are amazing but Nyree and this community have literally helped me transform myself and my life for the better. I personally trust and believe in Nyree and what she and Crystal Auras stand for and I can back that up with over 3.5 years of personal experience!!

My young daughter started to take an interest in my crystals and begged for her own, there was only one place I would go to start her journey and once again Nyree and her team haven’t disappointed with such amazing quality and fair priced amethyst pieces which my daughter picked out herself on the live. Thank you again Nyree, despite a growing following you and your standards haven’t moved one bit.

Crystal Auras did an Instagram LIVE sale with Nharo on 4th Feb.
I was disappointed to see that Crystal Auras entered into a pricing/sale strategy with the use of language like 'special price', 'offer price' and 'introductory prices' used by both Nharo and Crystal Auras.

Crystal Auras continually focuses on fair pricing, which include no sales, discount or price manipulation.

This LIVE went firmly against those ethics that they like to hold themselves to account, and to influence a better market.

They seem to have totally forgotten these ethics as and when it suits.
No doubt Crystal Auras will be triggered by this, become defensive and talk their way out of things, as they usually do. Even though they encourage asking questions, but when they don't suit, become hostile.

I absolutely love love love watching the ‘lives’ and cannot say a bad word about Crystal Auras itself Nyree, Matt and the team are amazing they are so thoughtful and understanding with everyone. They go above and beyond in customer service every order I’ve received has been perfect and I have never had products packaged as meticulously as the way Crystal Auras team do it. Thank you so much.
