I cannot recommend this product or company highly enough! The shower head itself is incredible. It’s easy to install and works so well. I grew up with soft water so moving to London (where the water is incredibly hard) was a huge shock.

The customer service is bar none some of the best I have ever experienced. There was an issue with Royal Mail that delayed my delivery and when I emailed to flag this they sent me a new shower head right away! They responded to my queries within hours of sending them and were so helpful.

If you’re thinking about getting this product do it! You won’t be sorry!

I bought this product 3 months ago. Waited this time to pass to see if it remains the same.
It is a good quality. Shower head works just as advertised. Has 3 function. Overall i am very happy with this product.

In 3 months the replacement rocks are still there and still filter properly.

I would recommend this product.

I thought I would try the Crystal Showers shower head for a few weeks before I wrote a review.
It is brilliant and the water pressure is amazing.

Excellent product looks very nice and stylish, definitely improves water flow so feels more pressure than I normally achieve from my electric shower unit. I have only used once so can’t tell if it has an impact on softness but my hair and skin felt good after so I imagine they will only continue to improve with use. Love the flat silver shower head you can’t see how the water comes out as the holes seem to disappear like magic when you switch off. Will be very easy to wipe clean as you won’t get the hideous build up of calcium around each hole though I imagine the softening beads will eliminate that problem anyway. Will definitely buy again.

I recently purchased the crystal shower head, as I was wanting to wash in filtered water. My skin feels softer. The pressure of the water is great and it has 3 settings. Although it doesn't cover all of my body at one time, like my old shower head. I will adapt to this as the other benefits out weigh it for me.

I have been totally conned. I bought wha t appears to be exactly the same item from a Catalogue for £12.99, but as you had positive feedback from some famous companies, I thought your version was definitely superior. To my utter astonishment, when I saw your product, it looked exactly the same as the much cheaper shower-head purchased earlier. If you have any conscience at all, the lease you can do is refund me (an 80 year old pensioner) the difference in price. Your comments please.

It has been 2 weeks since I started using crystal shower and so far Im loving it 🥰

It hasn't really increased the pressure which was the main reason I purchased it - I do have incredibly low pressure where I live so it was a big ask. I'm still happy as it falls beautifully and I'm glad that it is filtered.
