May we ask, do you normally suffer from weak water pressure? If not, then this certainly sounds like a faulty shower head and we would love to send you a brand new replacement, if you are interested!
The Crystal Showerhead uses precise laser cut holes - far smaller than the average shower - which force water out at a faster rate. It is this increase in velocity that creates a stronger water pressure flow. Think of it like putting your thumb over the end of a hose pipe - the water goes from a gentle pour to a powerful spray.
Unfortunately it is impossible to significantly improve a household's water pressure if it is already particularly weak - in order to conclusively solve this, the household's water pump and boiler are the main points of improvement.

After reading so many great reviews I decided to purchase the Crystal shower head. I suffer from dry skin (usually only in the colder months) I thought it would be good for my skin. I noticed my skin became even drier after a couple of showers, however I have noticed that my hair is much less frizzy and easier to style now. The water pressure will take some time getting used to as when I first installed it felt like trickling water compared to my old shower head which to me felt like it had a much stronger pressure. Now it’s been a month or so I’m getting used to the Crystal shower head pressure now and it feels strong.

Highly recommend!!
Highly recommend this product! Great offer, delivered very quickly, easy to assemble and use. This shower head has made the water so soft which in turn is making a huge difference to my hair and skin.

I bought an electric shower for my bathroom as a temp measure ready for renovation in the future, the pressure was terrible. I saw the shower head on Instagram and thought I’d try it out. The pressure is so much better and the added minerals it releases are a bonus! Means i can hold out a little longer before I start renovating my bathroom and save a bit more money!
