The quality and experience of the Crutchfield technical staff is top notch / second to none. I was in way over my head with the replacement of the radio in my 2014 Subaru. Unbeknownst to me, the wiring in the car had already been altered. The technician was able quickly diagnose the issue using a few quick pictures and suggest a solution that was simple and easy to implement. I will ALWAYS use Crutchfield in the future.

Crutchfield was great, called and asked for advice to upgrade a Klipsch SPL120 subwoofer that had been damaged in a lightning strike. Crutchfield person was really helpful and suggested the SVS PB1000 Pro. Shipped very fast, came undamaged. Unfortunately, this sub is nowhere near as good as the Klipsch it replaced, so 4 stars.

The brackets and wiring that were needed to came with the speakers for my 2023 non-JBL system. I already did the subaru tweeter upgrade which helped, but changing out the front speakers really made the sounds much better.
