I would like to thank Rob for being my agent and for assisting me through the whole process until boarding at the Dufry shop on the cruise.
I’m boarding today, and soon everyone else in the group will be boarding as well—just a little patience and your turn will come!

Very useful tips,even for candidates who already have an onboard experience.
Lots of knowledge and rich content for sales people to digest
I can attest the diploma package encompasses all that I have learnt in my 10 years experience in a nutshell.
I wish the course would go deeper to showing how one should open a conversations with high end / luxury clients to create trust. This will help one to build up on the opening statements especially for those of us who have no experience in selling luxury merchandise or delt with luxury clients.
