What a brilliant friendly service didn't have to wait long they check your car over for any damage then take your cases then when u get back just go to the cps collection desk for your keys and they direct you to your car so simple and stress free defo use again it was the same service at southampton 👍

From drop off to pick up after the Virgin cruise it all went so smooth, everyone was more than helpful, will always use CPS for our cruises

Arrived at Ocean Cruise terminal and directed into parking bay. Stayed in car whilst it was photographed, left key in car and given a tag for return (hint: take a photo in case you lose it), was in terminal within one minute. Arrived back, directed straight to key collection, picked up and out of the car park within minutes. Plenty of directing staff on both occasions. Great service, highly recommend.

Fantastic service from beginning to pick up .

First time using CPS at Portsmouth and must say that it was smooth as anything. The only thing that the staff at Portsmouth Terminal when disembarking need to direct you to the CPS desk to collect your keys. We went outside to collect the car and no keys. Then when we asked the CPS representative , she said to go and collect them and the Port staff keep giving the passengers wrong information. Need improvement on that side but great experience.

First time using CPS (Portsmouth for Virgin Viyages) and we were throughly impressed. Easy drop-off and even easier collection. All staff very helpful with a smile on their faces. Will definitely be using again.

CPS made everything very easy. It was easy to book and clear arrival were given. When we arrived at The Portsmouth Terminal we remained in our car to check in and were given labels to put on our luggage and a ticket to hand in on our return. CPS personnel then take your car and park it on the port. When we returned the process was very straight forward with CPS having a dedicated counter in the port and we were directed to where our car was parked and that was less than a two minute walk away. All in all a very good experience

Sailing from Portsmouth, this was our second time using CPS. They really take the stress and worry away from port parking. The whole process is so simple from the moment you arrive at port to the moment you return. I would fully recommend to anyone. Thank you so much.

We cruised from Southampton with P and O cruises and for the 2nd time we used CPS for our parking.
As usual the CPS team where friendly and professional however this time when we returned to our Toyota CH-R Hybrid the battery was flat!
We called the AA who said it would be over an hour before they could reach us. My wife went to inform the guys at CPS that we couldn't move and they AA were on the way. The gent from CPS said on no problem we can jump start you and wheeled a jump start kit across, 30 seconds later my car was running. Fantastic.

Excellent service, easy drop off and collection car was safe and easy to find

We arrived today at Portsmouth to join a Virgin Voyages sailing. Unfortunately for the past month we have really struggled to book any parking in Portsmouth at all which has been an extremely stressful time for us particularly as I am disabled. We therefore decided to arrive at the port early today so that we could leave our baggage and then go off and try and find somewhere desperately to park. By the time we had arrived we were so stressed. I was ready to drive home again four hours and say blow the cruise! The people that I met representing CPS at Portsmouth were absolutely amazing, one of these people was Ash Doogan Who made what was an exceptionally worrying and stressful time for us a pleasure! How these people could turn around to very stressed people in a very short space of time in such a lovely way was amazing customer service, I cannot thank everybody who we encountered from CPS Portsmouth for their consideration and help. Your staff are an absolute credit to you and Cleary enjoy their role in customer service if only everybody we met in life or the same well done!

Parked for two weeks at Dover cruise terminal. Very helpful and efficient staff both at drop-off and on our return. Car was under cover for the entire period. There may be cheaper options available but I was more than happy to leave my car in this location knowing that it was secure and protected whilst I was away.
Highly recommended.

Used the company a few times now and have always had great service. Very friendly professional team.
Today 12/08/24 Really helpful and friendly customer service. A little wait of less than 15 mins on phone, informed of place in que, which is good. Even though it was my oversight, the short notice booking very made easy and and quickly. So 5***** from me.

The parking and pick up at Dover was easy however when I picked up the car it was covered in SALT and a bit of sand.

Dropped our car off with CPS for a three night cruise and as always a seamless process, all there staff, are polite and professional, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our car and process

I was booked on a P&O Cruise but was never advised by P&O that bookings for parking could not be done before 45 days of the actual cruise date. However, when following their instructions, I was advised that the car parks were already full. The team at CPS were brilliant and their levels of customer service were just excellent. They managed to find me a space and their assistance was so helpful. Delighted!

We left our car at Qpark Liverpool.

I admit I approached this with some trepidation, as I didn’t want to leave my car keys with CPS, but was reassured by them this was not the case. In addition the parking is on the expensive side.

I shouldn’t have worried though, we parked up, they took photos of the car and transferred us and our luggage to the cruise port.
Everything went well.

On returning two weeks later, we discovered the car had a flat tyre.
This is where CPS excelled, they turned up with a foot pump, and got enough air in the tyre to get me to the nearest kwik fit, 4 miles away to repair a slow puncture.

Many thanks to Carl and Malik (I sure that was his name, young, tall with longish hair) who helped out.

If you are contemplating Qpark Liverpool and looking at the price and service, yes it is on the expensive side, but its near the cruise terminal, secure, and like me if you have an issue they go above and beyond to get you on your way.
I’ve left my car at numerous airports/cruise terminals (some isolated) and never had an issue, but on those rare occasions you do, having help around you is very welcome.

Will certainly park at Liverpool again.
