Lauren was very helpful in providing details about two potential holidays I was thinking about. She was patient and understanding when I needed time to think about things and was able to extend a 'hold' on the holiday until I was happy with my choice.
Additionally she suggested information for tours and filling my time before a flight. Very helpful, thank you.

Just spent the past 2 weeks negotiating a deal with the fantastic Jess Garwood for our trip of a lifetime to Alaska next July 2027 including the Rocky Mountaineer.
