Paul was terrific in dealing with our booking. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the holiday we had chosen. He worked above and beyond to answer our enquiries, and to meet our needs to extend our holiday, especially searching for the best hotel for us in Vancouver. Paul our travel and cruise specialist was absolutely incredible, from start to finish he was warm, friendly and very knowledgeable answering all my questions asked about our trip of a lifetime ! Paul has been very thorough adding extra nights to our holiday, talking me through our holiday from start to finish. The hotels booked for our stays are also fantastic I couldn't of wished for anything more right in the heart of the three states we are staying in. I cannot recommend this company and Paul (of course) enough for the impeccable service and also price which again was amazing!!! Thanks Paul & Cruise2, ill be back next year for our next adventure :)

I would like to express my sincere thanks to your team with a special mention to Kevin for the way they dealt with my concerns about flying into Abu Dhabi because of the conflict in the region.
They addressed all of my concerns with exceptional professionalism and replied to my emails within 24 hours, which gave me great reassurance and confidence.
The holiday itself was excellent.
All of the joining instructions were clear, easy to read, and straightforward to understand.
Every airport transfer, pickup, and excursion was extremely well organised and ran smoothly.

Outstanding service - thank you Jordan
Jordan could not have been more helpful, well-informed or pleasant.
Called to discuss a possible South America cruise and Jordan dealt with all queries efficiently and gave me lots of options. He summarised the details before proceeding with the booking. He said that it would take a couple of days for all the elements to be finalised and the full confirmation. As there was a slight delay with the flight reservations, Jordan even called on his day off to keep me informed.

Had a few questions, once I found the “ We care” email address Larna was very helpful . It did take a while to get the answer to one of my questions regarding an early breakfast but Larna did explain they were waiting for a response from the hotel in Italy . Once received She gave me an update with options that was very helpful & arranged breakfast boxes for us for our early start

5/5 Stars Paul from Cruise 2 is an absolute star
Paul recently arranged a highly complex cruise and stay holiday to the Far East for us, and his service was nothing short of exceptional. Planning a trip with so many moving parts - multiple flights, hotel stays, transfers and the cruise itself - felt completely overwhelming, but Paul handled everything with absolute mastery.
His deep knowledge of the Far East and the cruising companies was invaluable. He effortlessly coordinated all of our intricate logistics, from seamless airport transfers to perfectly located hotels ensuring very single detail aligned perfectly.
