I ordered some sample tiles. They were wrapped in bubble wrap and one layer of cardboard and they arrived in 100 tiny pieces! My emails bounced back too... However, I had a call from Michael who, true to his word, has now arranged for refund of the full cost and was very pleasant to deal with. He tells me that Crown Tiles has now been taken over by Tile Giant so this also explains the email problem.

I haven’t received my order and can’t get hold of anyone now hear you have ceased trading although I’ve paid in full!!! I need answers and to speak with someone urgently! Shame as was such a great company previously !

Sample tiles delivered (after paying for express delivery!!) one of the tiles smashed in 3 pieces.
Contact at Crown suggested the delivery guys are not bothered after the parcel came thundering through my letter box.
Maybe IF Crown had wrapped the tiles separately it would NOT have broken. O|ffered a refund of postage...still waiting for this !!

This is the third time we’ve purchased from the Crown Tiles website. It’s very easy to use, you can filter by price, colour, size etc and there’s plenty of choice. The sample tiles arrive quickly and make it easy to be sure you’re getting the right product. The quality of the tiles we had on all three orders have been excellent and delivery is super fast. They also sell all the accessories you need to complete the job. We 100% recommend Crown Tiles.
